They will try to scam you by offering you a free month of services, DONT FALL FOR IT!! What they have been doing to me is illegal and unethical to say the least! The last time I was in there back in JUNE I think it was, MONTHS ago, I told ******* or whatever her name was that it was my LAST time going there and to please cancel my membership because I couldn't afford it any longer to which she said no problem. Then, the day after Hurricane Ida took almost EVERYTHING from my family, they started charging my card- 3 $5 charges and a $45 charge and then a $75 charge I believe it was. They put my family in a life-threatening situation. We evacuated to a hotel because my son was on a nebulizer and we had no power and next thing you know, not only can I not pay for our hotel room, my account is almost $200 in the negative because of NSF fees charged to my account by their unauthorized charges. I didn't have enough gas to get us home and couldn't have taken my son back to a place without power anyway so we sat outside for an entire day hundreds of miles from home trying to get this resolved all because for some delusional and crazy reason, they felt entitled to my money the day after a category 4 hurricane hit Louisiana. their priorities were and are yall, trying to rob honest people!!! Fast forward a few more times, they do this to my account to the point that the bank demands I get a new debit card which froze funds in my account for 9 days while I waited for a new card to arrive in the mail. Next thing you know, last month they somehow were able to get my money from me AGAIN which was the FORTH time I was charged NSF fees because of this shady place. I called to dispute the charge as usual and ask how they were able to continue defrauding me of my money on a closed out card to which I was informed that they actually went through the lengthy process of contacting Visa directly for assistance with the matter. Fast forward AGAIN, I get an email from them from a noreply emailthanking me for my $75 purchase. I call the bank, there's nothing I can do until the fraudulent charge is actually posted. Well, I had Christmas coming out of my account at the same time so, as I went to pay my light bill just now, as opposed to being able to do so, guess what? I'm $54.83 in the negative again. My "free" trial membership which somehow cost me $37 the day I signed up for it, has ended up costing me HUNDREDS for attempting to cancel with this place. I've been up there on multiple occasions when I have access to a vehicle and no kids with me to get this resolved and speak with ******* the oh-so-friendly manager, and he's never there. Two different girls have both indicated that they would pass on the messages to ****** and have him call me. No call. Just illegal charges out of the blue all the time, this one the day before Christmas. I honestly wonder what kind of humans these people even are and how do they sleep at night? We lost everything in a hurricane. I have to work my *** off for every dime I get at this point, and they just keep trying to take it from me and my toddlers at whim! I hope to God karma repays these people in the absolute worst and biggest ways possible!!! I now have to go and get an entirely new bank account because of this situation.
PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! Their services are WAY overpriced anyway and half the girls there don't even know what they're doing. One girl let me do a stand up tan and a lay down bed back to back in the same session which I guess can be super dangerous. They'll try to get you to buy all their **** in the lobby which you can get online for less than half of what they try to charge. Half the time, something wasn't working here or there. On multiple occasions I brought my wipes and stuff in because they barely wipe down the beds after each use.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. I wish there was a way to leave negative stars, like negative 5 stars for this place. (Bet they try to come after my business now for leaving this review, watch!)
