I contacted AMR to put tarp on my roof as water was coming into my home. ***** came by said he could do tarp for $600 but I would have to sign contract for him to do my roof for $9,900 That was on 9/15/21. Although I thought the price out of range I asked if the tarp would be deducted from roof cost. I was told no. AMR came out on 9/18 to replace my roof. I asked the guys if all the shingles would be used on my roof. I was told yes. When they left I had 6 to 8 packs of shingles left plus other roofing materials. I text ***** and asked him what was I to do with them. I was told he over ordered and they were mine. I advised I had no place to store them so he said he would pick them up. He came on 9/19 and picked them up I asked for a refund and he said no. He would use my overages on a house around the corner which I am guessing he charged them also for my shingles. I then this week sent an email and asked if we could resolve this amicably. I have had no resolution to this issue. ***** R
