July21-July24, 2022 we spent over 3,000$ on a family vacation to this place for my mothers bday since father passed away in April. Mother is on oxygen! Oven didn't work in cabin waited 3 hrs for maintenance, tried canceling call but maintenance finally showed. Oven threw flame and sparks with oxygen machine on side of it! Blew a fuse and electricity cut off! Was told wires were rigged by maint wker then told breaker box was old And faulty by maint mgr. I insisted no work to be done while mother was in there, and wanted her moved asap! Told by both workers in office no cabin avail & to move her in our rv. We would violate state law office informed us of if we did move her to rv. Was told toleave premises by both workers when I insisted this was emergency & needed to speak with mgr asap. Told to contact mgr in morning. When I refused ti leave worker called mgr, mgr moved us to another cabin. That stoves two front burners didn't work and electrical outlet kept shutting off oxygen machine. I requested refund of cabin & for missing all daily acitivities bc we had to make 8-9 trips in car to bring stuff to new cabin out of old one, still no call back regarding refund! This is not how to treat the elderly disabled esp putting their lives at risk! The stove in new cabin could've caught fire any second, there's aluminum foil on all burners in each cabin that's a fire and shock hazard as well! Need your help getting refunded asap!!
