Company doing my home build. Issues with what they did for rough in also. Crooked toilet stubs, etc. During this time they also were supposed to fix a leaking pipe at my barn while already out. They said for over 6 months and after showing it at their request to their employees 2 different times while there on the home build job - they did not do it. It sprayed water everywhere every time I used it and caused substantial damage to the side of my barn foundation for 6 months. They came out finally in January after I called and complained harshly. They charged over $900 to install 1 pipe and a $25 part that screwed in for a washer in the barn that may not function. They said it was tested but no electric to washer so not possible. Charged trip charge even though they said they would do it with the home build. Got that taken off after arguing on the phone and firing them from the home build project. Now 5 months later the pipe is leaking. I called them out. Have video of bubbling when not in use. They dig up. Say the part has screw missing. I overhear on phone-guy at the store telling him to tell me if the pipe isnt replaced I will have issues in winter. They would have to go back to shop for part. The man who said he would fix it leaves . I get a call from the owner Kerry saying that is not an issue. It does not have a screw. I tell her fine but it is leaking. She says it has to be surface water. It has rained more other times since January and it is NOT surface water. I first notified them when it was sunny days ago. I had not used it this morning and it was bubbling for no reason. She said no and they wont fix it and the guy told her nothing wrong with it. Not what he said to me and not what the guy on phone said either. I said I would call if it does it again. She says they would charge me next time. Refuses to see it as a 1x sudden leak after 4 months.
