Jeff our rep from Ninja coatings was great. He answered all questions for us. Now we have to wait and see what the finished project will be. Thanks again Jeff.

I paid a little over $4000.00 to have my garage done. The tech that installed the coating told me dont park in it for 48hrs. That was fine, I waited 72hrs. When I did park and closed my garage door, there was a 1-2in gap between the flooring and the garage door that wasnt there before. I called, they requested photos, I sent them. Then she kept saying the supervisor was coming out. Finally after about two weeks this guy shows up, looks at it and stated he had never seen anything like this situation. He was rude, over talking, and showed 0 compassion. He then stated let me talk with your garage company and see if we can come up with some solution as I know whats causing the gap but I dont know what I can do to fix it. He said give him a couple of days he will get back to me. Well a week passed I didnt hear from them. I called them back and ***************** told me to call my own garage myself hes over it. He does not plan to seek a solution for it. I hate I dealt with this company. If anyone ask me about them to business, I am going to discourage them with every fiber of my being. Because of him, I hate this company. He was so very rude!Review from Glenda C

Really looking forward to having my garaged done Ninja cement coating. I originally just wanted a estimate, but after speaking with the sales representative named ******. I decided to start the process. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process from beginning to end. Answered all of my concerns. He also help me to decide what color I wanted which was not a quick ordeal. He was very patient with me and had samples and pics of completed work. He made me feel as though I was a valued customer and wanted me to be pleased with my selection. He is truly an assist to this company. A young man with good character and does his job with a spirit of excellence. It was truly a pleasure to meet him.Review from Charles G

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made an $1800.00 plus deposit and they would not refund any of the money when I needed to cancel. I even offered to pay $500.00 for their sales persons visit, but they refused. He was very professional and gave me a discount for my military service even at that they were more than $3000.00 more than my neighbor is paying for the same product and square foot on his garage. Do your homework, check other reviews and shop other companies before spending way more than you should. NO NOT USE NINJA COATINGS LLC UNLESS YOU DONT CARE HOW YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY!Review from Tim M

From beginning to end, ninja coatings was absolutely 100% professional from sales rep to installers no issues whatsoever. The floor is absolutely beautiful. It was installed in an old gas station that was converted into a laundromat gave a new look. I would recommend this company 100%. Thanks guys.Review from Helen T

Ninja employees did a fantastic job refinishing my driveway, and my Garage. They were all very efficient and timely. **** was efficient in all he did. I cannot recommend any higher rating for ninja then the best fantastic job. Would recommend them anytime.Review from Dawn V

I am really glad I chose Ninja Flooring. They were very professional from start to finish. The process to get the quote was easy and very well explained to me. The work was approved, scheduled, and the workers showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day as promised. I did have 1 slight complaint-the workers did not wipe down the walls in the bathrooms after they finished. They left quite a big amount of dust on the walls which I had to clean up. Overall, though, the floors look amazing, and I am very happy with the results.
