Daniel B****** started the project with doing some work on my home. This project was to take 3 weeks. It started on August 29 and on today the project, it is not finished. He miss several days coming and the last time he came on October 2, 2022. He was to returned on October 5 and I have phoned and text him and I have not received a response. Also my old tub is still on my porch which about a month and the trash on the side of my house has been here for several weeks.Customer response

I apologize for the inconvenience of this customer but for the debris removal there's nothing in the contract that we both signed stating I was removing any debris from the jobsite! It requires a $500 debris removal fee for me to remove debris.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: in the contract it states remove the tub and it does not state where the tub was being removed to. I am not paying Rerun Flooring to remove debris because I will never have him do work for me. Thank you BBB for your help in this matter. This is what is good service is about helping people

Once again sorry for the inconvenience of this customer. But the contract that was signed between the customer and I doesn't say anything about debris removal.Customer response
