Hello, My name is ******* ********. I am a college student and resident of Shreveport, LA. In mid-June, I took my vehicle to Kellogg's A/C & Heating in Shreveport, LA. on Greenwood Road for air conditioning repairs. I did not know this company as it was merely suggested by our family mechanic. I paid the company $360 to 'repair' my A/C, and I thought it was fixed upon payment. During mid-August, my A/C went out again. It stopped blowing cold air just as it did previously. Because maintenance was completed less than 2 months after the company's initial repairs, I found incumbency in returning the car for additional services. However, this time, the company damaged my car (by putting ground to wire) which resulted in the vehicle not starting at all. As of 12/15/2022, I have been without my vehicle for 5 months. I cannot seem to get anywhere with the owner or the employees. Every conversation is misleading and pure dishonesty, which causes more stagnation. This careless act has resulted in many hardships for my family and me. As stated above, I am a college student and must commute to school 5 days out the week. I am also a delivery driver (i.e. Uber Eats, Doordash, Waitr) during my downtime and can not work due to this situation. Unfortunately, I am not the first customer that has experienced these problems, and if they remain in business, I will not be the last. This business does not deserve any accreditations or allocates that are tied to its name. They should no longer be in business. I am doing everything I can to make this company realize its mistakes with any possible sanctions and/or penalties.
