I arrived ay my hotel Bally's Shreveport Casino on Saturday March 2nd at approx 530pm. Check in time was for 4pm. One would think we would be able to check in immediately at time of arrival. I went to the desk and spoke with ****. She informed me only a "pet friendly floor" was available if I was ok with this. Obviously this is not what I booked so I was advised a room was not ready and to allow them 15-45 minutes to have a room available for us and I would be notified when the room was ready. Approximately an hour later it took me having to back to the counter to inquire on the room status. Only to be given a card key for me and my wife to go to the room given to us which I believe to have been 1026. The bell man ***** accompanied us to the room only to go to open and door and someone already be in the room laying on the bed. We we're forced to head back downstairs to try and get another room. Within minutes were given another room 1727 which worked fine. However at this time it is now 7pm.We were in town for a concert which we were ultimately late for due to the hotel's mistakes. I spoke with **** at the front desk and her Director named ******* requested we reach out to the booking agent and have them get with the hotel so they could discuss the incident and see what they could do to compensate me. At this time I have reached out to Super.com and Ballys three times at this point only to be told to get with the hotel or the vendor. I have spoken with the hotel and vendor multiple times who have told me to check in with the other. Seems like both parties are trying to get the other to take control of the situation however no one is willing to take accountability for the blunder. Both parties are pointing the finger at one another which is not my fault. I need someone to take accountability and make this right.

My parents booked us a room at Bally’s Shreveport for the weekend to attend a family member’s wedding. We arrived at 1:30am and checked into our room. When we entered our room and went into bathroom we saw poop and blood and pubic hair on the lid of the toilet seat also there was water around the bottom of the toilet. Disgusting! I immediately called the front desk and she said she would call housekeeping. After waiting about 20 minutes I went downstairs to find out what they were going to do and the lady at front desk told me housekeeping couldn’t come in our room after we had checked in. I informed her this was a health issue and I would turn them in. She reached back out to housekeeping and a lady came up and went in to clean restroom and she called Maintenance to let them know a hose was disconnected. Maintenance said they already knew and they couldn’t get to it till the next day. The housekeeping lady called front desk and told them we had to have a new room and the front desk lady said she couldn’t do that. The housekeeping lady told her she had to find a new room. I went back downstairs to talk to front desk and she was not helpful I told her she had no choice we couldn’t stay in a room with no bathroom. The housekeeping lady told her she could clean a room for us quickly and the front desk lady argued with her. Finally after 3 hours we were put into a new room. It was almost 4:00am in the morning. We did ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and the front desk lady told us no one was available. This whole experience was disgusting, literally disgusting and the unwillingness not to get us another room in a prompt manner is unexceptional. This should never happen to anyone.

I visited Bally's, a casino in Shreveport and naively signed up for the rewards program not expecting the hurricane of mailed promos that followed. Since my visit I have received close to 20 mail offers that included coupons and other perks. However, my experience at this casino was not enjoyable, so I decided to no longer go. I believe that future visits could lead to an addictive mistake. Additionally, these materials they are sending me and surely thousands of other people frankly have me concerned with how much trash they are sending out into the world in a time where climate change has become a real issue. It the past week along I have received four parcels. All of which are made of hard paper thicker than normal. I have asked the casino twice now via there contact information on their website to remove me from the mailing list. I believe that these practices are blatantly irresponsible, sending out insane amounts of marketing for a industry ripe with addiction and, clearly abuse of the victims of addiction. I do not want any contact, apologies, or compensation. I only want to be removed from the mailing list. I have no plans to visit this casino, or any other in fact, and therefore these offers are literally useless. When a customer asks to be removed and is ignored, it is no different than them stepping out the back door and throwing trash in the backyard. Only difference is the backyard is mine and I should not held liable for the recycling of an irresponsible corporation of greed and disregard. I have included a photo of the mail I have received in the last week alone. I have recycled, many weeks of prior offers already.
