I started with this company in March and sent several documents to the credit repair specialist via email to send to the credit bureaus. After 3 months, I noticed I had not received any response from 2 of the credit bureaus even indicating that they received request to dispute. The bureaus have 45 days to reply and 2 of the bureaus never responded. The one bureau that did reply, sent several letters stating that they would not be processing the request to dispute, because the credit repair company that I had hired, failed to identify themselves as the third party agency working on my credit. I proceeded to explain this to the company and the specialist I had been speaking with responded that they are just stalling and to not worry. I trusted that the company knew best and continued to pay monthly, while waiting to see if I would receive any letters from the credit bureaus, at least stating that their investigation would begin. I never received any letter from all three bureaus where the investigation had begun. By the third month, I asked to set up a meeting with the credit repair specialist, because I believed that there was no real work being done on my credit. When we spoke, I asked her had she sent the credit bureaus the three documents I originally sent her in March to the credit bureaus. She stated she never received them. I had to go back to my email to make sure I sent them to her and I did. When I shared the proof with her via screenshot, she proceeded to say that she never saw it because it magically sent into Spam. So instead of following up with me about "said documents", she continued to allow me to pay for services monthly and not one dispute had been handled on my account. There was not even ONE investigation pending from the credit bureaus showing that they had even started looking into the disputes.

This client started with my company in March of 2022 after working with another company over a year. She was explained the process numerous times over the 3 months she was signed up. She received emails every time a dispute went out as well as stall letters from the credit bureaus letting her know work was being performed. The documents she uploaded wouldn't of changed my process and that too was explained. The contract that she signed stated that she would be refunded her last payment if she was dissatisfied with the process within 3 months. She ask for a refund and was given one the same day. She then threatened to file this dispute if she wasn't refunded all three months. This is a frivolous claim. I have screenshots to document the conversation and what was threatened.

    Customer Response

The first lie I would like to address from this person's response is in her words "she received a "stall" letter from the credit bureaus letting her know work was being performed". That is not what the stall letter says and she knows that that is part of what our dispute is about. The key word here is "STALL" letter. That means that they are STALLING and NOT working on my accounts. What I received were numerous letters over the course of 3 months from Transunion (that she gave the name "stall letters") stating that they were not able to process any request to begin disputes because it appears that the request came from a third party company, such as a credit repair company and in order for them to begin working on the request to dispute, that the credit repair company would need to properly identify themselves as my representative. She (who I hired to repair my credit), never once sent in a letter to identify herself as such. Her excuse was "they are just STALLING" and that letter is just a stall letter. I then asked her how come she never did what the company has asked, (so that we can at least have proof on our part that we sent them a letter correctly identifying ourselves, in case they tried to say anything else), and she stated: "I don't have to tell them anything". Which is the whole reason that there were never any disputes handled on my credit because this company failed to do the first step that the credit bureaus asked for: which is to properly identify yourself as the credit repair company so that they can begin the disputes. It's a protocol to everything and the bureaus have their protocol to begin disputes and unfortunately, this credit repair lady failed to follow protocol because she believed that the bureaus were just trying to stall working on my credit, so she never identified herself as a credit repair company, which resulted in my credit never being worked on. So she was the real "STALL" person, not the bureaus. If she would have simply followed the protocol that the bureaus requested, maybe we could have gotten to the next step of the process. However, she refused, and for 3 months I paid her, and trusted that she was working on my credit, while I should have paid more attention to the numerous letters from the bureaus stating that they could not even start the process. I also did receive a $100 refund for the last month that I paid. I requested a full refund for the 3 months that I paid where I believe she did not work on my credit. She refused, which is fine, that's her prerogative. This negative review is enough and hopefully a warning to others.
