11/6/2021 844.99 They told me that the insoles would help my feet. I spent that much money and I cant even wear the insoles They switch the insoles out and the new ones hurt even more.Initial Complaint

In February of 2022 my feet had been killing me, and the pain was unbearable. I mentioned this to my parents, they suggested this store having seen their commercials claiming to be able to solve foot pain with custom orthopedics, and even offered to pay for them. The closest store was this one 2 hours away. On Feb. 28th, we went in for their free fitting. I had never seen their commercials but the place looked like a medical place where one could get orthopedics. This place is not, they are not medical professionals and maliciously pretend to be. You can find reviews from actual Orthopedic surgeons describing how bad and overpriced there hard plastic inserts are. But alas I had not seen any of these prior and wished I would have. The Salesman was nice but he was exactly that a Salesman, and he sold us on the lie that these inserts would help alleviate the severe pain I was in. He even, upon questioning from my mother, claimed that they could help my brother who suffers from gout. He may have mentioned in his sales pitch the "no refund policy" but if he did it was quickly glossed over as to not draw attention. My mother claiming that if she had heard that we would not have bought them. We paid $1,864 for a pair of shoes and the 3 inserts but upon looking at our receipt can see they also charged us for some extra things he claimed they were "throwing in." I tried it for a week following the guide they gave us and my pain hadn't got better and had maybe even worsened. He was supposed to call me after a week to check in and see how it was working, he didn't. I finally called them 2 days after a week and his suggestion was NOT to stop wearing them but to instead keep wearing them and come in for a refitting. Even though I had said I wasn't even able to wear the thinnest ones he gave me without pain. Now is when I looked into it and saw all the bad reviews and even a lawsuit for misleading advertising. I stopped wearing them completely after this and my pain went away.
