It’s been a year since Blue Tide Exterior covered my patio. Due to their shoddy workmanship, I was left with an eyesore in my backyard. The owner, ******, was all professional leading into the contract, but fell down in delivering what our signed contract promised. After many failed attempts of correcting his company’s outwardly inferior handiwork, ****** had the nerve to ask for more money beyond what was agreed upon to fix the problem that his company created. I was even told by a reputable contractor that because of Blue Exterior’s poor work, I am not eligible to get my patio enclosed unless I get someone to first take down the mess that Jordan’s company made! If you think I’m exaggerating, I have the receipts in the form of text messages and phone transcriptions. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. AVOID BLUE TIDE EXTERIOR!

So we are very confused by this, as this patio was done almost 2 years ago and she was just fine when we left. She did complain when it was first done that she could see the roof line on the sides and explained that we did not disclose that to her even though she had 3d renderings, architectural drawings and a detailed contract. We tried working with her even at cost to close it in due to her complaints so she failed to mention that just complains. The problem here is she was not happy with what she chose and in her mind it should of been different. We feel like we went out of our way to make her happy and had done additional work beyond the scope to do so. We also have every single phone call recorded, text message and email with all of our clients. And whoever told her it cannot be enclosed is ridiculous because we can certainly close that up no problem so sounds like just another jealous contractor trying to bad mouth us. We also have heard not a word from this lady since this time and now almost 2 years later we get a bad review, this seems strange.

This company's exterior handyman services were a total game-changer for my home maintenance needs. They took care of all kinds of tasks, like fixing siding and repairing fences. The crew was super skilled and got the job done quickly, leaving my property looking absolutely flawless. Thankyou so much!

The quote was very reasonable. The small area was repair where you can't even tell it was ever damaged. They scrapped and painted. There was some paint that got on my siding and I called. They did come back took care of it. I was very pleased with the results and yes I would recommend them.

I can't believe how many good reviews this company has. We hired Blue Tide for our garage floors and it was the worst mistake ever. Taking our money was easy but scheduling, staying on schedule, and getting the job done correctly was a total pain. Our floors are now peeling and it hasn't even been a year. Jordan has many excuses as to why he's behind or can't complete the job himself but never actually gets it done. We currently have a garage floor that was supposed to be "fixed" by a friend of Jordan's but that guy came out and formed blobs and left the job incomplete. He also ran over our mailbox on his way out from the unfinished job. I want to be done with this company so badly that I'll keep the poorly done floor and pay for the repairs and damages done myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone - not for garage floors at least. Check out Ark-La-Tex Garage Doors for all exterior work you may need. They did it for another rental of mine and it's amazing.

We are truly sorry she had a bad experience and there was a legitimate problem, so for that we are sorry. As a response to the actually review though she claims, she cannot believe how many good reviews we have, well they don't just come out of thin air, it's because we service 15-20 new clients per month and we have tons of happy and satisfied clients. This particular job was done according to contract and when we left it was good and she paid, no problem. A couple months later some spotting was showing up on the floor and she asked me to come look, which we did and I personally as the owner came out to handle it. I did however have one of my workers (not friends, as she mentions) come out to clean up and seal the repair I did. So I don't know where she got that I'm sending out random people to a job. My worker did hit the mailbox when backing out of the drive, which I believe is an honest mistake and we told he right away and that we would take care of it. She is failing to mention all the good and responsive communication despite the problem and the fact we responded and tried taking care of it. She still has not sent me the bill for the mailbox that I would gladly pay for, as that's our mistake and se did not want us coming back to the property.

I'm so glad your new clients are so happy and I wish I could've had the same experience and attention that you provide for them! There have been several homeowners asking about this service and they've turned away from this company after seeing the work at the location you did for me so it's not just me that notices it. I'm not sure why my project was significantly different from others being that I was respectful and professional the whole process which leads me to believe the reviews could be friends and/or family. In the beginning, I was very understanding and empathetic towards you and your family getting sick after traveling. I was not so understanding after unsuccessful attempts to reach you, waiting days for responses, and a project that was supposed to be durable and long-lasting began to have problems shortly after the work was done. As I've told you before, I've had this done for several homes and have never encountered issues like I did with your job. It is also unfortunate that the "repair" you, the owner, came out to do was such a blotchy, terrible job. You are correct in stating that I told you guys not to come back because after a long 4+ months of hit or miss communication I was over it and even had the mailbox replaced myself to not deal with your company anymore. Good luck and I hope you continue serving our citizens with the great service you have and not give anyone else the same experience I had.

This company came out and gave us several estimates for a few jobs we need done on our house but can't do them all at once. They broke it up for us into three separate estimates so we could do them separately. They communicated when they could come out and came at the time and day they said they would. We had soffit and fascia repair to several parts of our roof and they even went and had the paint matched so that they could paint it to look like the rest of our house. They completed it all in half a day. Then the owner came two days later to make sure it all looked good and that we were satisfied with the work. Would definitely use this company again!
