      Issue is Willis Knighton sent me a balance due bill that from a provider charge from 4 years and 10 months ago . Stating i owe a large sum with no details on the billing . I never setup payment plan for this bill. if so why am i just now getting a bill for this item from 4 years and 10 months ago . if this billing amount from out of network provider, should be written off since i didnt choose who is or isnt in network or out of network coverage

      As I told you on the phone this morning, I did not receive the email containing the form, so per your request I am answering via this email.  For the account in question, Mr. ******** was a patient at WK Pierremont Health Center 6/27/18 – 7/3/18.  Insurance paid on 8/1/18, leaving a fairly substantial balance for the patient.  Mr. ******** began making monthly payments on 9/6/18 and on 3/19/19 the account was set up on a payment agreement or what our computer system calls a contract.  Mr. ******** made monthly payments from April 2019 until March 2022.  In April 2022 we implemented a new computer system.  Unfortunately we encountered issues with the new computer system and were unable to create contract statements for many months.  We have left several messages for Mr. ******** to explain this to him, but have not heard back.  This is not a new account and is not out-of-network.  This is the same account he paid on for almost three years.  I apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this has caused for Mr. ********.  Please let me know if you need any additional information.
