            This mobile home was purchased july of 2022 and there have been multiple complaints with poor customer service. At this time the central air has been out since May 20, 2023 and it’s under warranty however it hasn’t been fixed as of today. At this point I need this unprofessional business to stand behind there product and fix this problem.

            We bought a house from this business and after being told it would only take 4 weeks for them to refurbish our house, it is now 8 months later and they are still working on it. They have lied to us about the subfloor being good. They have dragged out every repair and have had to use four different “contractors” now. Every time they come in the house to work, they leave it in worse condition. They leave jobs partially done. And the amount of excuses we have heard from ******** ****** *** ******* are abhorrent. These people have showed no respect for us and no integrity regarding this project. I have been told one week more so many times and it is always a lie. There are holes that haven’t been patched, flooring that they refuse to fix, scratches and dents in countertops that were not there before, molded and rotted plywood that hasn’t been replaced. The list goes on. I have had to force contact daily because there isn’t work being done. Empty promises and poor workmanship is all that comes from this establishment.
