            On November 18, 2022 I dropped off a 2003 Honda Cr85 dirt bike for full service. This included a carburetor replacement and new clutch installed. I was contacted by text on 11-22-2022 at around 7p.m my bike was fixed and ready to go. I went and paid the $716.00 invoice and brought the bike home. Now upon my own visual examination I saw used parts on a carburetor that I had paid to be replaced with a new one. I texted the owner James about this and his response was it's just the choke not a big deal. I then spend him another message stating that this was unfair to me being I paid premium prices for my parts. Being that it was late at night I didn't get to test the bike until the next morning 11-23-2022. Upon riding I also noticed the clutch cable was not adjusted at all and my bike ran sludgy doing higher speeds, meaning the carburetor still needed adjustments. I didn't speak back with James after 11-22-2022 because I felt I was being took advantage of because I asked for receipts of the parts he used on my bike and he did not produce any so I searched for the parts and found the prices to be much lower then any price I had paid . So not only was my bike not fixed properly but everything was marked up almost twice the price

            Extremely immoral, uncaring, heartless & desperate business practices with this guy. Took my bike to have wire shorts repaired with my start button, fuel pump not priming, ( stated that it stopped priming after I called him for repairs) & showed him the (start button) short by lifting the harness & to get the bike running. He agreed & stated he will re wrap & heat shrink the wiring harness after he find the short being it was wrapped in black tape. He called the next day & said the bike is ready & $137.00 is the fee for his repairs & that the fuel pump needs is no good being he sent power directly to it & it didn't come on. I go to the shop, pay him $140 + 100 for a new fuel pump he sold me. I ask for the key to check repairs and start button still wasn't working, I raised the tank & wires wasn't heat shrink as he promised then I asked several times why am I being charged $137.00 when nothing has been done to my bike different since I dropped it off. He stated he checked the fuel pump and that was the price for his time... smh really. No fairings on the tank so this couldn't have took more than 15 mins if he did that. I recognize he lied & scammed me for my money and got a refund for the fuel pump I bought from him stating I have to check it myself to see if it is bad indeed before I buy a new one. I go home & check the bike the following morning. First thing I did was raise the tank & check the fuse by the starter solenoid next to it on my cbr 1000rr. & it was blown. Replaced it & turned the key & the fuel pump started priming again. I really felt ripped off more to discover he was a liar indeed. He obviously didn't check my fuel pump or do anything to charge me that ridiculous fee. Simply Heartless & Dirty. I texted and discussed my discovery and asked for a refund & he replied "happy you found & replaced the fuse, I did fix the neutral gear switch... ride safe!' OMG. He pulled the wire after I was there to pick up the bike and told him the short was still present.
