My name is ******* K. ******* I am 64 years old, On August 30,2022 Me and my daughter purchased an 2008 Dodge Caliber from Pipes Auto Sales 4236 Hearne Ave XXX-XXX-XXXX I paid $4,900 cash and also $300 warranty. The following week I started having problems with the car not staying started the weekend of September we had 2 tires put on for $70.00, also an alignment $60.00 but we did not receive receipts on those. and I Almost had to get a tow truck to have it towed home when it quit on and they charged me $140.00 to tow the car to my house we then called the car lot and talked to Tom we explained the situation with the car the manager he talked to refused to give my mom any of her $ 4,900, or even put her in another vehicle, The car still would not start so on 9/29/2022 a friend of mine came and looked at the car said it needed a starter $185,35 ******* lifetime warranty still would not stay running, ******* $ 304,24, still wasn't fixed , then on 10/01/2022 purchased s sensors $19.99, also $26,99 still on the same day went to ********* and purchased a brand new car battery $220,27...The car finally started working after all that work and money was put into the vehicle. I am an elderly woman on a fixed income, When my daughter and I called this car lot they didn't even offer to give me any of the money I paid for the car, much less refuse to at least put me another dependable car.
