      My car has been in the shop for over 5 months I was originally told I was number 7 in line as of July 10 2023 I was told my car would be ready in two weeks it is now August 7 2023 and they are giving me the run around I called in and they declined my call 3x Mr.David then answered the fourth time and stated he is no longer my advisor which was very new to me he then stated a young lady named Catalina is my new advisor and stated she said she has spoken with he I advised him that July 4 2023 I received a phone call around 8:30 in the morning a lady asked me about some parts that found in car and if they belonged to me I then stated no and she hung up in my face before I could ask any other questions and have not heard from them at all the customer service is horrible I called today on August 7 2023 and Mr.David was raising his voice at me as if I wasn’t the customer in the situation not once have they kept in touch with me I always have to call them just to get the run around I have been asking for months what part are they waiting for and Mr. David’s answer always is they do not know he then asking for my insurance information bc he is worried about him getting paid and that is not for him to worry or contact them he is not my advisor so he was out of line for even asking when the car came from an entirely different dealership that is handling the case I then called my actual advisor from Round-tree and he drove across the street and spoke with Mr.David Mr.David was rude with him as well and the conversation even got a little heated bc of his attitude with the situation he then stated how they placed my vehicle in front of others but I’m trying to see how that is true when they had it for over 5 months and just started working on it as of last month in July make it make sense when you are trying to say you are being unethical in your position while speaking with my advisor Mr.David finally slipped up and said the part that they are waiting on .... to be continued Mr.David finally slipped up and said the part that they are waiting on which something dealing with the steering I have been trying to get this car back to Texas for the longest even to a different dealership and Hyundai keep saying the same thing at this point I feel as if Hyundai needs money or a new service team now I recently moved to Texas but before I did this company has worked on my vehicle before once they even had it for almost a year but at that time they did at least keep me in a loner vehicle and took care of me the new people in office do not care about the customers only about money and it shows my advisor even had to tell Mr.David it’s not his job to worry about my insurance or to call them for that matter and guess what Mr.Davids response was well I’m just tryna make sure I get my money and the advisor advised him that the company he works for is the one who will make sure that happens and you’ll never believe what happened next Mr.David then calmed down his voice which says money is all he is worried about not his customers if you do not have to go here please don’t the turn over rate is very high and training sub possibly is not a thing in the service department

      Poor customer service and everyone gives you the run around. They had my car for 3 months and they could not locate it after the 1st 3 weeks of it being there, lied and said it was ready when it was not, they still left glass in it. Very unprofessional and they will lie to you about any and everything. Excuse after excuse. I do not recommend you go there for anything, go to another location. They did not clean the car out or anything and it was there for 3 months when they gave it back to me.

      i took my car in for 4 recalls. I dropped it off at 7:30am. I was told there were several employees who had not shown up for work. I asked to be kept updated. At 9:16am, I received a call there were issues with the software but were working on it. To me, this indicated they were working on my car. i went to the dealership at 1pm. The car was parked next to the office but I didn't ask about it. I was told they still had the 172 point engine inspection to do and the car would be ready at 3pm. At 3pm I call the service department. I was told they needed to finish the final recall. Wait? Final recall? I was told all they needed to do was the 172 point engine inspection. They asked for 30 more minutes. I couldn't wait another 30 minutes. I had a 4 hour drive to get back home. I was parked at the dealership so I walked to the service dept. I was told the software tech quite mid-morning and they had no one else who could do it. Shouldn't this have been the cue to call the customer and let them know??? I asked they just give me the car and I'd have the last recall done somewhere else. The "service manager", I'm not sure that is who he was. I'd give his name except he didn't bother to introduce himself. Anyway...Mr. Service Manager pulled up the service record. He said to have the techs put the car back together and I'D HAVE JUST ONE RECALL LEFT TO DO. Fine by me, I needed to leave. A service dept employee finally told me none of the recalls had been done. There is more to the saga but, I imagine, you get the jest of it. I don't know that I can truly express my disappointment. I was lied to or mislead repeatedly. "We dropped the ball." Yes, and then some. The only save grace in this entire situation was Lance F*****, Client Advisor. He's management material and you should take advantage of the opportunity to put him in a position that will benefit you greatly!
