This is Orr Cadillac in Shreveport, Louisiana. Their head mechanic Jeff swears that he’s been mechanic for over 40 yrs & he insisted it was ok to drive car with broken PCV pipe. Imm the last 3-4 months repairs have added up to over $11,000!!!! Yes it is still under warranty. I bought the extended 120,000 mile warranty when I purchased this certified ATS turbo. I only have 14,000 miles left on warranty. Now the manager argues with me saying that it was the PCV pipe not the Valve. He also said why don’t I just trade it in if I’m not happy with the car & just get another one.I’m so frustrated because this car never used oil, never had any engine issues. When they replaced the PCV PIPE they discovered the front cover was leaking oil. The receipt shows they charged for Coolant. I didn’t have the car back 24 hours before it overheated. I immediately instantly turned off engine. I could hear it boiling in the motor. They claim the reservoir was cracked & charged me the $100 deductible again & charged me for a new hose. Well they obviously cracked it while working on front cover because the receipt states they replaced the coolant. Then Said the vacuum pump was leaking oil into the brake booster! I didn’t make it home before it overheated again. The sad part is the fact my warranty pays for my car rental if they do not have a courtesy car available. I requested for them to please fill out paperwork so I could get rental because the cars performance was so poor & transmission was acting up. I plead with them not to send me home in that car. He refused to fill out paperwork for rental. I And I provided him the cars diagnostic report from my email which stated driving the vehicle could lead to costly repairs. He had my service adviser explain he was the foreman & he knows what he’s talking about & im not to challenge him. I was told if Jeff says it’s ok to drive it’s ok to drive! Well $11,000 later. Last time they kept it a month. They ruined my car
