      I made a purchase from the business Ghost supply clothing LLC on February 28th 2024 for two pieces of clothing totaling a cost of $110. It is now July 13th 2024 and I have not received and sort of tracking information or updates regarding said order I have reached out to the company through 3 emails and a direct message on their instagram page with no response. To see if this company was legitimately a scam I purchased an item from them again on 7/3/2024 and have already received that item. To my knowledge the company claimed they had a warehouse fire when I purchased the item back In February but they used a AI news story to speak on that which caused some red flags for me and at this point I assume they did that to keep all the money from orders without sending out any products at this point I just want my money back and to be done with this company since they don’t want to respond to me.

      Contacted the seller because it’s been over a year since i placed my order and still haven’t received it, i’ve contacted the seller many many times and is avoiding my questions as to where my order is and then i wanted a refund and he ignored that as well.

      On march 10 2024 i ordered a hoodie from them and i have yet to get it delivered attempted to contact them through instagram and i have not received a response at all.

Two of these orders were placed over a year ago now, with the last and most recent one being in December. Nature of dispute: The owner/artist behind this brand has been constantly pushing back a plethora of old orders that he never made, deceiving customers, and basically ignoring those who are owed product(s). He claimed to have fallen into a depression around the time I placed my initial order back in March of 2023, and understandably, fell behind on making the actual products I have yet to receive. He's now claiming that to make good on old orders, he needs people to buy his current designs to afford to get around to the older ones. He has claimed time and time again that people will receive their orders, but continually makes excuses and blocks commenting/direct messaging when trying to reach out for customer service about year + old orders. There are people who have been waiting 2+ years for their products. I have reached out to the owner/artist multiple times and received 'runaround' responses about where my stuff is, and total disregard for my requests about refunds for each order (as I now do not even want them). This was when I could get in contact with them, now it's borderline impossible as the main customer service chat he had was on a program called 'Discord', to which the channel/server has been deleted. He supposedly has a customer service email/Instagram page, which stopped answering inquiries all together. To reiterate, owner/artist took mine and multiple others money for clothing that hasn't shipped within a reasonable time frame. Fraudulent behavior + excuses.

      On January 25, 2023 I purchased 4 clothing items from the business including 3 hoodies and 1 t-shirt. I have yet to receive this order and have been lead in for months along with many others about quality control issues, personal issues, financial issues, etc. as reasons why things haven’t shipped as well as blatant lies and misinformation being given to customers including myself about items being shipped and deadlines for all our stuff being delivered. I just want a refund.

      I have not received any updates from the company to resolve my order at all as a matter of fact I was banned from the customer support discord server for messaging and he does not answer emails or direct messages on instagram I’ve reached out multiple times over the last year to no avail other than broken promise unfortunately I’m not sure how to get this resolved or who to go to so any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

      I ordered a hoodie and a beanie from ghost supply, and did not receive anything. I have messaged them through many means such as instagram, email, and shop and have even gotten a response, but no wrongs have been righted. When I got responses, I was told many times that my order would be checked on. One time, he had even told me that he did not have the material to make the item I purchased, but would allow me to pick something else to make up for that. (I have proof). After this contact, I had no further contact with ghost supply on their end, so I gave up. I’ve reported them to the ftc, I’ve also reported them through BBB, but I am done wasting my time trying to get anything for a purchase I made over a year ago. This order in particular was $100 but I’ve had other orders from them come in no problem. I am extremely angry because I know I am not the only person that has been scammed by ghost supply, and there’s a whole subreddit of people discussing how they’ve been scammed too. Just search “ghost supply scam” and you’d think twice about ordering from them.

      It appears that the seller’s warehouse has burnt down recently so making this ordeal come to a close may be a little more difficult. There is news on the @ghostsupply instagram, but I was scammed before this even happened so I guess I just want to know is what does this mean for resolving this issue? Just thought that I would let you know about the news of ghost supply and their experience of unfortunate events. Thank you for constant updates and keeping in touch! It means alot that some one is going above and beyond as a liaison and keeping me in the loop about my situation.

      I ordered a hoodie for $140 from Ghost Supply Clothing and paid $10 for shipping, a total of $150, on January 27, 2023. I had previously ordered items from this business before, and understanding that it was a small business run by a single man with very little help I was understanding in the fact that sometimes it takes him a long time (months in some cases) to create and ship the articles of clothing. On June 9, 2023 I received an email stating “Good News! Your order is apart of the last remaining orders that are being processed. Thank you for your undeniable patience during this time. Your order will come with a limited edition Ghost Supply Headband & Keychains & Stickers. You will receive an update here within the next few days on your status. At the very latest your order will deliver the last week of this month.” After not hearing anything about the order or seeing an update, I sent the business a message on instagram asking for an update on my order on June 20, 2023 and received what seemed to be automated messages. “Hi! What can we help you with today?” after my initial message asking for an update and “Thanks! Someone will be with you shortly!” after I sent a screenshot of my order with the order number (order #24880) and details. I did not receive any reply, even when I messaged them again on instagram on June 23rd, 2023. On June 30th, 2023 I received another email that again said my order would be going into transit soon. That is the last I have ever heard from Ghost Supply Clothing despite reaching out multiple times since then through instagram and email to their customer service department. I have never once received any kind of correspondence back after so many months of trying repeatedly. I wanted to hope it was an accident, but after hearing that others have had very similar experiences with this business I cannot accept that it was just a mishap to not send out the hoodie.

      I have placed two orders for their products and have not received an update or an email regarding either order. One order was placed on December 28, 2023 and the other on January 28, 2024. The order number of these transactions are #***** and #*****, respectively. The total of these two transactions are $180.00. I have emailed their customer service several times and even messaged their social media platforms but have not had any reply back from them. They continue to post more products that they are selling without any acknowledgment of all these missed orders.

      I had ordered a B (Bully) Patchwork Hoodie in size XXL for $80 on January 1st 2024 with the order number being ORDER #26785 , and ordered a RE2 (Resident Evil 2) Patchwork Hoodie in size XXL for $60 (using a code to get $20 off due to my previous order not arriving (being the B Patchwork Hoodie)) on February 24, 2024 with the order number being ORDER #27078 and have not received either order, despite what the owner has said. I have ordered from this designer a couple years before, but due to the recent complaints and my current situation, I will not anymore. Both orders were paid via the SHOP app.
