Jessie *** was all we could hope for in a realtor--friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, resourceful, and proficient in getting all the various aspects of the job done. There was a lot for her to do--especially since I had to move to Texas prior to placing the house on the market. Jessie set up and coordinated the many house repairs, movement of my furniture and household goods to Texas, removal of the unwanted furniture and considerable miscellany (accumulated over the 20+ years I lived there), and clean-up. She found the necessary people needed to perform the various tasks, and we experienced no problems whatsoever during the entire process. She sold the house within the promised listing time and for the asking price. She also handled the closing since I was out of state.

During the negotiations process, Jessie was a most capable advisor and implementor. Everything went as smoothly as it did during the house preparations stage. I cannot speak more highly of Jessie. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is wishing to sell their house as quickly and painlessly as possible.
