Did not receive all of item on order. Didn’t realize it until later on that we still didn’t receive it before the season was over. Contacted owner, ****, and he was very rude and told me that oh well I should’ve said son before. He told me there was nothing he could do about it. I want either the item we paid for or a refund. I am not sure of the exact amount because the order form doesn’t specify. The store should have the price in detail.Business response

I HAD TOLD HER THE IDEM THAT WAS MISSING WAS SENT TO THE SCHOOL 3 DAYS LATER
AND TO CHECK WITH THE COACH
THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO NOW THAT IT WAS 10 MONTHS LATER AND TOLD HERE SORRY
