              My car was towed August 5 2021 by Arceneaux towing, they had my car on their lot for 3 weeks; as it took some time for it to be transferred to the body shop for repairs. I have images of when the company dragged my car on the wrecker. I warned the owners of the damage done to my vehicle via email on 8/26/2021 and 9/1/2021. I was advised by the ******* Arceneaux the owner to take the vehicle to ***'s Auto Shop in ******* for repair and Arceneaux would pay for and fix the damage. October will be a year since I took the vehicle to Tim's and my car has not been fixed. I am getting the run around from both companies it seems. All I ask is that Arceneaux pay for the damages incurred to my vehicle. Two tire rims were damaged when my vehicle was dragged on to the tow truck and the passenger side door has damage from what looks like either opened into something or backed into something.

              If i was able to leave a -5 review that would be to good for this company. 1 on my truckers had the worst experience of his whole 30 plus years of driving. Customer service is TERRIBLE. they leave you waiting all day and then just close without saying a word. STAY away from this Shop recently moved to Haytood, Shreveport LA. To my understanding the moved to this new location and i bet i know why? All i have to say is 3 strikes you out. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THESE REVIEW!
