My truck was at Lonestar from 6/8/22 until 7/21/22. I can't express enough how disappointed I am with this company. I am a small business owner and feel that I was robbed by this company. I have records of them changing the estimated price of labor more than 3 times. I started at 5500+ and it rose to 8200+ rapidly. to make a long story short the first time that my driver got back into the truck the same issues we were having that took us to Lonestar was not fixed and we are back into the shop at another freightliner. I literally have to call this company all the time to get any answers or updates. Everyone who I speak to just seems so dishonest and only gives you the run around. It is so frustrating. They are giving me the run around to approve the location its at the go ahead to fix what they didn't. I mean isn't this why you pay these ridiculous prices? to be guaranteed that the work is correct and if anything goes wrong you will have it taken care of? I am going to write an in depth letter to the corporate office as well. My hope is that if all future customers read this they will reconsider supporting this the company. You will lose much more time, money and frustration if you patronize this place. I literally have anxiety now dealing with them. I have spoken to Jamie, Amanda, the manager Sydney ****** also. the worst experience I've had to date with any company. The shop stoops where it is has complied with all requests including sending pictures multiple times and they will not simply be responsible and give them the okay to repair my truck when they know they didn't repair correctly, and having my company down for 7 weeks. How unfortunate they operate with no integrity!!! Every platform I can encourage others not to patronize them I will be using to speak out about my experience.
