On March the 2nd I financed a 2007 Chevy pilot Jeep from Elite Auto. Mr. IAN is the owner and he was my sales guy. I paid $2,300 down for the vehicle. When I left his car lot I went to Walmart to pick up a couple of household items. The vehicle killed in the parking lot it would not start after several tries it started but it felt like it was going 3 mph. I finally got it home try to get up my driveway and it killed would not move. I called a tow truck driver to come get the car he said it needed a battery I went to AutoZone to get a battery and took the Jeep back to Elite the next day. Mr. IAN kept the jeep for 5 days. And then told me he fixed the radiator the motor and the transmission got in the car went to my kids school to pick my boys up and the car killed again at my boy School. Elite had to call their tow truck guy to come and pick the Jeep up I had to call an Uber to get home it was raining and cold that particular day. He then kept the Jeep on his life for a week. Told me I can come and pick it up a week later. When I picked it up I want drove it on the interstate as I looked down at the temperature gauge it read h for hot when I got off the interstate and went on to Pines Road it killed at the corner of Pines Road and Jewella in mid traffic a guy help me push the car out of the way I locked the car up and left it at a gas station. He came and picked the car up the next day I talked with him Mr. Ian, he then told me that he will give me my money back he had to see what was wrong with the Jeep. He told me that I messed up the engine. I told him that I didn't have the car long enough to mess up the engine. All three times that I was in the car the longest I had the car was 8 or 7 hours the first two times I hate it it was 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I have been sick, an begging Mr. IAN to give me my money bk. But he said he has a No refund on deposit. I felt so bad. I felt less then a woman. Because I promise my boys that I would get us a vehicle.
