I entered into a contract on 2/7/22 with salesman ************************* for the amount of $*******. This would include partial installation of a new fence and repair of sheetrock on ceiling for a space of about 6 ft x 6 ft. The work has been completed as of 3/19/22 and Call all A Pro has been pd in full. The insurance company, had received a copy of the contract in February and approved $*******. The problem is Call a Pro charged me ******* for the fence and ******* for the ceiling. I have never received an itemized estimate for the services and the insurance company, ***************, will not pay without the itemized estimate. Also the insurance company is concerned about the charges being so much more than the contract. He thinks fraud might be considered. I have contacted Call A Pro for several weeks and they will not produce the information.. I spoke with the owner, ***********************, and advised I will come to his address and pick up the estimates and he advised I cannot and he will have his driver put in my mailbox when he decides to send it. he was paid and I am left in the cold. Also the spot on my ceiling was a very small area about 6 ft x 6 ft and I was home while he did the work. He came out with a ladder and sanded the area, added some tape and advised he would come back in 2 days while it dried. It took him about 2 hrs and he came back again in 2 days and sanded the ceiling and painted the area with paint that I already had that matched the existing paint. It took about 2 hrs again. I called ***********************, owner, and advised I was over billed. He disagreed with me but sent me a check for $225.00. He was not being honest. Also I have been calling the salesman, *************************, but he will not return my calls. I had my carport replaced and also my roof and the contractors were very professional, gave me the itemized estimates right down to the nails and I received payment from ***************. i have never dealt with a business that is so unprofessional. I need your expert help.
