The quality of customer service I recently received here was like a breath of fresh air during times when it seems like good true customer service is so rare to come by anymore. The order process was a breeze and the item was delivered sooner than it was supposed to. I shopped really hard for the rug l ordered and they had the best price on the internet. hands down.Unfortunately the rug l ordered seemed to have some manufacturing defects. This is where ***** comes in to the picture. I sent an email explaining the issue, and they took care of me better than expected.Thank you *****. I am all the way in La Jolla, ** but I will always order my rugs from here from now on.

LA Floor Coverings is the most disorganized home improvement company I have ever dealt with. Over a month ago, I decided to proceed with LA Floors: they promised a speedy two-week delivery to California. Another company offered me a 30% lower price but needed three weeks to deliver. I chose LA Floors for its “quick” delivery but got my order one month later. Part of the problem was with the fright company who lost the truckload. However, LA Floors was also absolutely inept at every turn. I first raised my concern ten days later when I saw that the truckload was moving back and forth in the Dallas area. LA Floors associates left my e-mails unanswered. I notified the Sales Manager about the situation but it took him another ten (!) days to dispatch the new “HOT” order. Also, LA Floors don’t get the facts right. Originally, LA floors associates claimed that the speedy delivery would originate in California. Not true. Then the Sales Manager claimed: “I want to assure you that I’m working relentlessly to fix this mess”, but this “relentless” work led to a 10-day processing. These empty promises continued to the end. After claiming that “everything will be done to compensate for the delay”, the Sales Manager issued an appalling 2.5 % refund. Overall, LA floors is prone to miscommunication, empty promises, and low working standards.

I really needed the tile I ordered quickly and I was very impressed how quickly they were delivered. I will be making all of my online orders for tile in the future from here they deserve 6 stars really. Thank you

We had a tile nightmare (the company that promised delivery did not come through) in the middle of our construction project. I tried several other companies that had our tile on their websites, but didnt actually have it in stock. So, I was not hopeful when I reached out to LA Floor Coverings. BUT they came through!! ***** responded quickly and assured me they could get our tile to us. It only took a couple of days to process and pack our order, which is en route to us as I type! LA Floor Coverings literally saved the day! If youre looking for excellent, prompt customer service, ********************** is the place to contact. Could NOT be happier (or more relieved)!!
