      I purchased a ****** Pathfinder from Honda Slidell it was a trade-in I purchased it on June 28/23 days later the vehicle started giving me problems I kept bringing it back to Honda of Slidell multiple times on every occasion they told me they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle the fifth time I brought the vehicle back they told me they could not find anything wrong on my way home which is on the opposite side of the river that takes about 10 minutes to cross I was so happy I made it on my side of the river before the vehicle went out I mean I called Honda of Slidell back told them that I just left the service department in my vehicle was making noise and shaking and would not let me go over 15 to 20 miles they asked me to bring it back I told the lady that I was not able to even drive it back on that side of the river so I had to find the nearest service department to me which was ************ they checked out my vehicle tell me what was all wrong with the car it was the transmission I was advised to contact the place where I purchased my vehicle I called Honda once again and told them what was going on with the core where are my vehicle was located I had to get it towed to ****** I spoke with ***** and over at Honda he told me he will get on it ASAP for me to send him the paperwork that Honda presented to me as far as what was going on with my vehicle and what type of work is needed done Ive text *** on multiple occasions back to check on what was going on with no response I kept all of my messages when I was texting just checking to see whats going on what should I do about my vehicle no respons ****** fix my transmission I had to pee and adaptable which I was informed that Honda would take care of they did not my car had so many problems I rather get it done by Honda because thats where I purchased the vehicle but they was not responding back to me now my engine went out If I dont get any help Im going to have to get a lawyer which I dont want

      ************** informed us that she was having issues with the vehicle, her complaint was white smoke. Our service department was not able to duplicate the issue. ************** left service, got over the bridge and called back saying her car was not working correctly, we invited her to bring it right back, she was not comfortable driving. She took it to ************. September 29th ************ fixed the transmission as well as the timing chain, this was all covered under warranty. ***** offered to pay the deductible for **************, but she never continued with this as she said when she called the store last month "she was not worried about it at that time". ************** drove the vehicle for 3 months and for 4 thousand miles after purchasing before this work was done. Since she was satisfied that ************ "found" her issues, she continued to take the vehicle there. The store did not hear from ************** again until the beginning of January.  When ************** called in January, she was complaining that her vehicle needed an engine. The sales managers worked with the service manager to get down to the bottom of the issue. We called ************ and spoke with ***** which is the advisor that she had been dealing with. ***** informed us that after **************' transmission and timing chain service at 118k miles, she had come back at 119k miles complaining of white smoke- they were not able to duplicate the issue. ***** then informed us that she came back in complaining at 120k miles and her vehicle had low oil. ************ at that time did a consumption test and told her to revisit in ***** miles, which she did, and they did an oil change. Now at 123k miles, ************** is being told that she needs a new engine. ************ sent pictures to the extended warranty company and requested $13,000 for a used engine (the claim was denied). The managers at Honda asked why the extended warranty would not cover the engine, the advisor ***** sent us the pictures that he had sent to the warranty company and with the amount of sludge and the pickup tube that is sitting inside of her engine we understand why. ************ was the only one who opened up **************' engine. ************** is blaming us for the condition of the vehicle and the fact that the extended warranty denied her claim all the while ************ has failed to tell ************** that they somehow "missed" all of this while they were inside of her engine. We advised ************** to take it up with ************ being that they are the only ones who could have done this. ************** will not listen to us and is very rude and disrespectful on the phone.

      I bought a used car as-is from Honda of Slidell and I have had problem after problem with the car which is a 2021 ********** with at the time ****** miles on it on October 23rd. I started hearing water near my blower motor which would cut my A/C and Heater off and on. Later it filled up with water and poured water on the driver and passenger side floors of my car soaking my rug. I brought it to the dealership so they could fix which they did but I also told them my brakes were bad and squealing which the salesman ignored. Now my today my blower motor went out and I went to look at it and saw smashed roaches, egg shells, and ***** f**** where the motor is and under the insulation. I havent had this car a month and made my first payment before things started going wrong and now this! I was also not made aware that there is an after market converter put on this car and nothing was on the carfax so I asked did they do and inspection on the car and the salesman said all we do is buy and sell just like they did with my car I traded for it.

      I tried to tell this business I'm not able to meet this large of a payment but they put me in this note anyway and the dealership has overpriced the truck also and now I can't trade out are sale the 2018 ***** Colorado work truck the truck according to ***** foilys Chevrolet of ******** this morning ************************ said the truck was.over priced by honda of Slidell by $6,500.00 plus the truck after i get it home and the sun came out and hit the interior seats had blood spots and deer hair and broken bits of glass all in the truck,in which i ask ****** the car salesman whats with all the dark spots on the seats he said just put a seat cover over them and littel did i know later the next day come to find out tjise spots were blood and what i thought was dog hair was deer hair and the more i looked the more i saw alot of powdered glass i was breathing in from the ac duct vents inyo my lungs glass particles and i also had glass come through the driver's cloth seat that stuck the in the back of my leg and in my hands bits if glass went under my skin it feels like a splinter in me and its really small sharp glass you can barley see with the naked eye but i have pictures of larger peaces also on the carpet and what had fell out the duct ac vents when i had the ac turned on high during the 100 degree weather conditions we had in july ,august of 2023 these particles of glass went flying everywhere inside the cab and I didn't even know this was happening to me for like 2 days the glass and deer hair was visible, so i took it back to show the manager at the dealership and *********************** and ***** wouldn't unwind me out the truck nother words theres a company called unwind with them that takes peaple out the loan.they said they would try to detail it the best they can but they would never be able to get the smelly blood out the truck and the hot sun later on started makeing the inside cab smell like death.someone had a accident in this truck and was not reported to Carfax.

      customer left verry satisfied even returned the following day to add an extended warranty. as far as the blood in the truck customer called the police in regards to the "blood" stain. The police then arrived at the dealership to investigate and determined it was just a regular stain. However we detail his vehicle twice to satisfy the customer and he left satisfied both times.

      On 7/5/23, I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Honda Fit from Honda of Slidell. The seats were stained and there were two cracks in the windshield. The detailer was not present that day, so they asked me to come back the following week to resolve these issues. I was assured by my sales associate, *************************, as well as the sales manager, ***************************, that the stains would be cleaned and the cracks would be filled. I agreed to buy the car under these conditions.I returned on 7/11 for the promised services. The pictures show the condition of the car AFTER this appointment. As you can see, the issues were not resolved. I spoke to the manager about this, and she arranged to have me meet the detailer yet again the following week. On 7/20, he said he would try a different method on the seats, and I asked him to double check on the windshield cracks as well. After this appointment, the cracks looked the same, and the stains were better, although still visible.The next day, my car began to smell like rotting garbage. The smell became unbearable, so I took the car to my own detailer and paid $80 to have the upholstery professionally cleaned. The stains are now completely gone, and the smell is gone as well. In addition, their glass expert said that the cracks were improperly filled and that the windshield is likely to split. He said that he could point out exactly where the cracks were filled improperly. To have it fixed by him will be $75.I messaged Honda's detailer about the smell and about the windshield, and he has not responded to either message.Resolving these issues that should not have been my burden to resolve. It has taken hours and hours of my time, as well as $155 out of pocket. I feel that the condition of the pre-owned vehicle was misrepresented to me, and the promises made to me by Honda of Slidell were not met. I have tried to address this with the sales manager, but she has said they are not willing to assist me further.

      When **** purchased the pre owned vehicle she brought dirty seats, and 2 small windshield chips to the attention of the sales consultant and sales manager. **** was informed that we could get the seats shampooed and fill the windshield chips for her since the vehicle was still fairly new to our lot. **** came and met with ************ vendors and they shampooed the seats, and made sure the windshield chips were filled properly she was on her way. **** called the sales manager a few days later and said she can still see the windshield chips and the stain. **** was informed at that time that the chips do not disappear, filling them just simply keeps the chips from spreading. ****'s response was that she was expecting them to completely disappear. The sales manager at the time of the call did set it up for **** to meet with the interior people again (they met her in ********, which she said was convenient for her). **** met with them and called a few days later saying that the stains were better but not disappear and that she could still see the chips in the windshield. **** was informed once again that chips in the windshield do not disappear once filled. **** said that her vehicle now smells like garbage and she went to get it detailed by her own "guy" and that they charged her $80 and that she needed a check. **** was informed that we have not ever had a single complaint regarding ************ vendors and that we have now shampooed the seats twice for her, and that shampooing the vehicle would not make it smell like garbage. **** said she was misinformed about the condition of the vehicle, **** was asked if she drove the vehicle and saw the condition before purchasing and driving away with the vehicle. **** responded that she saw it and expected it to look newer. **** was informed once more that she did purchase a pre owned vehicle and that it was never promised that it would completely disappear, being that we do not know what the stains were from. **** responded that if we did not cut her a check for her own detailers that she was going to call the BBB. We have bent over backwards trying to make this situation correct however **** was not happy with any of these attempts.

      On January 9, 2023 I purchased a used 2011 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Slidell and drove it home in Slidell. I had been told that the front windshield had been previously replaced through Honda. On January 12, 2023 we were out at ***'s and it started raining. Water from the rain began to leak and drip on my leg from the left driver's side from the windshield; I have a digital picture of this. I then contacted ***************************, Service Adviser and brought the vehicle in. Repairs were done and the vehicle returned to me. This leak happened again on March `17, 2023 and **************** was contacted. I have a picture of this leak at the same spot., On that date, I brought the vehicle in at about 8:45 a.m. and about two hours later, **************** advised to bring it back at 4:30 p.m. so that a company repair technician could service the leaking windshield. I brought it back at that time and someone from an outside company worked on the windshield. I was told that Honda uses an outside local company do this type of work. Also, I was told that it had been repaired. Thus, on that date, I brought the vehicle in twice for this repair. On May 6, 2023 when it rained, the same leak reappeared. Attached is a picture of that dated incident.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      As of this date (6/2/2023 PM) I have not been contacted either by the windshield installer contracted by Honda of Slidell or by Honda of Slidell to complete repairs.  If Honda of Slidell would have used a reputable company to do their auto work, then this would not have happened.  On May 30, 2023 when it rained, the Honda sold to me by Honda of Slidell leaked at the same location above the dash.   Rain water even ripped onto my clothes.  I have a digital picture of the leak at the above noted date.  My next step if Honda of Slidell does not coordinate the proper repair my vehicle is then to take my Honda with the leaking windshield to a reputable company, have them repair it properly and send the bill to Honda of Slidell for reimbursement.   I also intend to bring this issue to the attention of Honda **************** and voice my concerns about Honda of Slidell via social media.

      march 14,2023i went in to honda of slidell with my acura 2008 which i want a 21 point inspection because i was going to drive my mom to the country and to my grandma.so i knew i had to drive a 4 to 6 hour drive so as well so i went in to honda and they come to me all these things wrong and honestly i do not trust no one with my car i knew nothing was wrong so okay i allow them to make the repairs to my timing belt and clucth mostly the motor thing not my tires not my radiator ..by the time the b bill started to go up they bust my radiator fan and i it was old ..they said i had to pay fore that ..now the car is done but i did not trust them as i started to drive someone in the parking area said your car is leaking it was where they had supposed to have fixed it so i WENT TO TGHEM AFTER I TOOK IT TO another place only to find out one again they still messed up my car .. i went in they supposed to have done it again and this time i had to leave by the time i got back home after driving my car was maki9ng and leaking even now until this day i paid a lot for this plus i ha to finance it as well but right now car is leaking who will fix it now i want the, to pay for these damages and plus for all the trouble pay out the rest of the charges and pay me for the other company who told me my car is leaking which i have proof of all .. fix it
