King Mechanical charged me for a service call to check the refrigerant charge that was already covered in the service agreement (see item # 4). The invoice states that the service technician used some sort or dye and I accompanied him during the visit and never verbally or in writing authorized the use of any dye and did not see that any was used. The invoice also states that the unit was serviced and I was standing there the whole time and it was not, all the technician did was check the refrigerant level. My wife was also in the apartment while during the visit as well.Bureau response

I was contacted by the owner of King Mechanical who explained that the invoice that I received on several occasions was a billing mistake and the error has been corrected. Thank you for helping me resolve this challenge and I am very grateful for your support. This complaint was successfully resolved and can be closed please.
