              I have been without service for a month now. Multiple technicians sent out and tell me something different each time and that another department has to resolve the problem. Still no service restored. After 3 weeks a upper level tech found an issue with a pedestal down the road which restored service but because I opted for a speed upgrade he came back to my house and changed the equipment on the side of the house but did not install the accompanying equipment inside the house saying that a different tech would do so. This left me again without service. I had an appointment for the 4th but the tech didn't show. I went to my local office the next day and was assured that a tech would be at my house that day. Nobody showed. Called again and was given another appointment for the 8th and still nn show. I again went to my local office and while there 4 other people came in complaining about tech no shows and not having service. One lady has been without service for 3 months. I was told that I would receive a call from a supervisor between 5 and 8 pm and yet again nothing. This company is very disorganized and apathetic towards the customers that keep them in business.

              Absolutely awful, I live in Cameron parish and this is my only option for internet. I guess it’s a “you get what you get and don’t pitch a fit” situation. Twice now our wire has not been properly buried. It has been cut twice with parish mowers. We have not had internet service for 3 weeks. When I call I get “let me place you on a brief hold” and they never come back and the call gets disconnected. Funny how they ask for a good number if the call disconnects, yet no one calls back. They finally got someone out here to replace the line/wire bit they didn’t connect it to the box on the outside of our house…. Before we were bought out by fastwyre this would have been fixed within 4/5 days… every time I call “someone” will call back with a solution but it never happens… fastwyre is trash! We are going to take our chances with **** **** or ********… we may pay more but at least we will have service! Oh and everyone has drafted their monthly payments… fastwyre, ******** ***** ****** *** ****** all have their money but we have no service! Thanks fastwyre!
