**** ****** was hired as my general contractor to renovate my home from hurricane damage and repair shoddy workmanship from previous contractors. **** brought in unlicensed plumbers which left my plumbing situation and my house a mess, and the work failed inspection by the city inspector. The state contracting board showed up on cite & cited **** for hiring unlicensed plumbers & sanctioned the unlicensed plumbers. After this, she gave out my cell number, and I began to receive threatening text messages. A police report was filed. The faucet and handle plumbing parts on the master bath were not installed according to installation instructions. Instead of the faucet and handle parts being on top of the wood frame and the tile sitting on top of these parts, the plumbers hacked at the tub support to fit the parts upside down since **** had already had the shower tiled. The plumbing parts should have been installed prior to tiling. My dishwasher she had installed does not drain properly. A $110 plumbing valve went missing. The plumbing pipes under the kitchen sink were not strapped in and one pipe is falling through the cabinet to the ground, and they leak, which is a code violation. The contracted work was paid in full while many of the items on the scope of work she refused to do after having me buy materials. I paid one of ****** workers $150 to paint cabinetry in the master bath & the paint is chipping and peeling. The painter uses the wrong size roller nap leaving textured rolling marks instead of a smooth finish. A no-no for cabinets. I had shiplap installed and again was painted by her painter applying texture and is so poorly painted, it will have to be sanded down and repainted. I paid extra to have the sheetrock sanded and the painter applied texture to the walls by using the roller with the wrong nap. She doesn't inspect her workers' work. Twice toilet water spewed over my laminate floors & was left for me to clean. **** takes no accountability.
