I paid WCCH $671 on 11/29/21 for an upcoming procedure. I was due a complete refund after insurance paid. WCCH withheld money for previous services that they did not file. I informed WCCH of their error & requested a refund. WCCH has given a partial refund with $361 remaining owed to me. The insurance has paid all outstanding bills per the EOBs (explanation of benefits). I have made contact with WCCH at least 10 times to help resolve their incompetence issues. I in good faith paid WCCH moneys for a procedure and expect a reimbursement of remaining moneys owed me in a timely manner. These are moneys that would have never been owed if not for their incompetence in filing in a timely manner.Business response
