Paid deposit for pictures with agreed upon date that was cancelled by ***** ***** Photography via her official Facebook page. When I asked to reschedule she did not reply. When I asked for a refund after months of no reply from her she blocked me from her Facebook page. Messages available for proof.Customer response

The original date of booking the photography session was 3/31/21 to take place on at 11:15am on 4/11/21. I paid the deposit on 4/8/21. ***** ***** Photography cancelled the session at 10:21pm on 4/10/21 the night before the session was to take place and set a different date that did not fit my schedule. She told me to let her know when would work for me and I asked for another date later in April of 2021. She said she would check to see if she was available and I did not hear back from her until I reached out in August of 2022. That time she offered that we come the same week which again did not fit my schedule. I asked for her availability before the end of September 2021 to which I never received a response until I reached out for a refund on 8/10/22. She claimed that she had been waiting to hear from me but the last communication I’d had with her was me asking about her availability to which I never received a response from her. I reminded her of this and requested a refund for the deposit I had paid for the service that I never received and she did not respond. On 8/17/22 i had still not received a response from her. On 8/19/22 she read my last Facebook message and blocked me from messenger and from her business page. I have attempted to request the funds back from her multiple times on Venmo which was where the deposit was originally paid to her to which she has also not responded.
