A little over a year ago, there was a give away going on and I was nominated and was chosen. I received a free 5 ton unit. My set up was old so I decided to have the duct work updated and changed. Out of appreciation, I chose ****'s for the work. Over the past year, they have had to come out about a dozen times. Ducts were not sealed properly and continued to not be, the heater somehow unattached itself - was there a gas leak - idk, they left old equipment in the attic and had me take it to their office to toss it, slapped a paint brush to a rafter and left it stuck there with plaster, told I had a plumbing problem due to pvc pipes from the unit being set into a sewer exhaust pipe. That set up was not to code but they left it as they found it because "that's how it was before." Said they would send a plumber the next morning, but called in the a.m. to tell me to call someone else. Ended up with water damage in multiple spots from ac pvc issues. Had another leak and was offered to send someone 4 days later. Asked about plumber cost/bill and the damage and was told to get an estimate and send it to them and they will see what they can do. Had to get another company to fix everything. Spent about $10k to ****'s for duct work that was cooling my attic and not so much my house- with everything brand new. Will have another large bill to fix ****'s work. Very overpriced. People are so kind and sweet, but not worth $10k plus nearly $600 plumber (plumber found no plumbing issue other than the drain not to code -that should have been addresses with the change out, water damages and having to have everything redone and made necessary changes slightly over one year later. There aren't enough allowed characters for all I have to say here. Management calling me the wrong first and last name twice during one conversation about issues. The actual vents and hole things they attach to were not changed for the total change out. 10k is a lot for so many problems.
