- purchase date of Sept 3rd, 2021 for 175$CAD for breastmilk jewelry, wait time 12mo at least was told to be expected and to check spreadsheet for updates on your breastmilk processing.- May 2022 changed their name to "pray for ********* recovery" - if I remember right a hurricane hit nearby but did NOT affect the seller as per her posts.- May 31 2022 ************** paused - I went to check order status knowing likely everything was delayed again, realized that she shut down after that date, business pages gone, etc and that myself and others were out money. By the time we wait the processing time our banks won't open disputes anymore as too long has passed. **** will not open a **************. I can not be refunded.- there is now a fb support page. They estimate at least 25k she's collected (I think way more considering her spreadsheets and each item sold was at LEAST 100$, I was order 10 thousand something). - woman now has a tiktok and twitch where she live streams and tells people to f*** off if they mention her business and owing us money. They are under the name @saii_rp - women in the group have contacted police, BBB, and more with no one doing anything about our lost money.- I want my money back.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Lait de la Vie regarding complaint ID ********.I am in a FB group with a few others she scammed and I do know she's filed bankruptcy and we are now not able to ever get our money back from her. Her business group/her documents for orders we can access has thousands upon thousands of unfilled orders but I think many people like me didn't realize until too late that she had scammed us, as the fb group is still under 1k people compared to the 22k she had in her business group/many more than 1k unfilled orders in her documents.

I ordered *************************************** 2020-2021. Out of those orders I didnt receive **************************************************************************** with that. I loved her previous items purchased from her. Even after this long, I still figured my items were coming. Then I found a group on ******** about gettin scammed by Lait De La Vie. That is when I figured it out. I was never getting the rest of my orders and I am now out over $2000. I would really love to get my money back, but after this long I am sure it is not going to happen. ****** the owner is an awful person. Stealing money and precious inclusions from hundreds of people. She should be held accountable.Customer response

I paid $119 for a necklace and dropped off ashes of a loved one as an inclusion in January 2021. My last contact with the owner was in May 2021, but they have a public queue to keep track of your order that I have been checking. I would like a refund, but what I really want is the ashes I sent to be returned. I also have a different address since submitting my order, but had requested to directly pick up my item instead of having it shipped. My status in the queue has been listed as processing, never complete.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company in March of 21. I had two orders total and paid my invoice. I sent in breastmilk for my order immediately. I was told the current turn around time was 40 weeks. However, I never got either order. I emailed and tried to figure out what was happening but never got a response. I didnt file a complaint sooner because I wasnt sure if she was just really backed up with orders. Now theres no site updates.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from this company October of 2020 and have yet to receive the product that was claimed to have 40 week turn around. I have tried to contact them several times without reply. My address has changed since I ordered over 2.5 years ago and dont want the product to be sent to the wrong place (that is if I ever receive it)Would like to either receive the product or receive a full refundCustomer response

I placed an order with this company on 8/7/2020. Production stated 40 weeks to complete once inclusions received. Below is the email confirmation. I was order #****. I was understanding of the hurricane and reduction in staff, and after 18 months, communication completely stopped. I have dealt with emotions of losing those inclusions and at this time am looking for a full refund of my purchase if they are unable to send me my inclusions.
