Everything I sent in early April 2021, were in memory of my daughter who I lost from Full Trisomy 18, December 2020. My daughter spent 10 hours with us on earth before passing. Therefore what I sent is irreplaceable. I have been understanding, patient, and even waited past the original date I was supposed to receive everything, the first year anniversary of my daughter's birth and death. I ordered a set (ring, ear rings, necklace) and even won a piece ****** wings). Winning that piece was the reason I ordered, and reading the positive feedback from others. I sent in my daughters lock of hair, a lock from my son at the time of her birth, a placenta capsule, and breastmilk. I have no idea what happens next. I want to still have hope that things will work out, and be positive. However my heart is sick and sad, it's like loosing my daughter all over again. I can only hope the buisness owner, ******, of Lait de la Vie, can take responsibility and make it right; for the hundreds of people she took these irreplaceable sentiments from, the thousands of dollars, with the original promise at the time of purchase, for a well-made keepsake product and sent to those who ordered within a reasonable timeframe.Review from Samantha b

I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry on 4/30/21, after getting the run around we are now almost 2 years out I had not only never gotten a refund nor jewelry but have lost irreplaceable breast milk. Even worse they were taking new orders up to a year after my order. Shame on this company for not only abandoning your orders / customers but not even apologizing.Review from TAMARA H

I ordered 7 pieces of breast milk Jewelry from this company and only received 4. I totally understand some have gotten none and I am very thankful for the 4 I have received BUT literally my last 3 pieces were completed over a year ago (they were posted on their page) and just never shipped. Seriously this company just couldn't ship my pieces to me within a year? This is really sad and I am so sorry to all the mama's that didn't get their piece's.Review from Lauren P

I ordered a piece of jewelry from Lait de la Vie July 4, 2021 and dropped off everything needed for the jewelry on July 8, 2021. There was supposedly a 40 week turn around time. After checking the public queue of order status for months on end with no change to my order’s status as the 40 week timeframe has already passed, I contacted the business via their Facebook VIP group, following the rules they posted about contacting. I received no response on June 15,2022 and still have not received a response. There doesn’t seem to be a plan to complete existing orders or refund and return personal items that were turned in with the promise of receiving the keepsake jewelry with those items provided to the business. The only reason I left one start is because that’s the minimum allowed.

I had to give a star, if it was up to me I wouldn't I spoke to Lait De La Vie FB Business page numerous times February 2022 & prior regarding an existing purchased piece that needed repaired after confirmation of how to handle the situation I choose to also send in my last breastmilk for a new matching piece as well as sending in my existing piece April 2022 I started messaging via fb to insure the pieces were received as the site provided at time of purchases hadn't been updated since 6/14/2021 May 10th, ********************************************************************************************************************* its now July 2022 and I've sent a ton of messages via fb I've emailed, commented on previous fb post and NOTHING! I'm heartbroken and mad all into one, the money means $0.00 to me I just want what is mine back. This was something I was to have to cherish for a lifetime of my journey with my children and now I have nothing..... ... ..Review from karylon F

Ordered a ring back in December **** and after the initial email that they received my stuff I have had zero contact for them zero update and it just seems like they have dropped off the face of the planet I have no confidence and I will receive my item and I see many other people complaining of the same issue dont order from this placeReview from Courtney S

I placed an order for two rings in December 2020. It is now June 2022 and I have not received the order or any order updates. The Facebook group has been paused and all admins have stepped down. There has been no information at all from the owner. It is very frustrating, especially since I sent in breastmilk.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service and communication. I have been blocked from their group for asking questions and speaking my opinion. Their turn around time is 40 weeks and I'm at week 77 with not only zero pieces in hand but not a single update either. Emails go unanswered. I'm being ignored and no other way to contact. I highly recommend Milky Way company instead for breastmilk products because you'll lose your money here. I'm out $160+ for my order I'll never get. Rude bossy girls in it for themselves and hype up their business for no good reason. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

It has been over one year that I sent in my breastmilk and sentiments from my baby who passed away after they were born. I have reached out to Lait de la Vie multiple times for order updates, and given generic responses with no exact answer to my questions. In April 2021, my milk, and all inclusion sentiments were received from my **** notification. I was told my orders should be expected to arrive back to me December 2021. The hurricane came through LA last year in 2021, and while I was understanding of the circumstances and delays, concerned about those recovering from the storm, it sounds like problems have occurred with this company long beforehand. I had inquired in the private group, now known as Lait de la Vie - Breast Milk Jewelry VIP - PRAY FOR LOUISIANA'S RECOVERY ??, and asked about the status of my order. I was told to reach out to an admin or moderator to get an update. I have reached out to multiple people asking about the status of my orders. Finally this May 2022, I reached back out. Concerned as these pieces were supposed to be in memory. I asked my sentiments I sent, be mailed back to me, and for me to receive a full refund on my orders.I have not heard back since and unsure if I will. All I want now is everything I sent to Lait de la Vie to be returned to me and my money back. I wish I would have checked some of the reviews prior to my ordering, as it sounds like there have been complications with this company for years now. I have two orders totaling 321.50. First order was placed on October 10th 2020 and the second order was placed October 19th 2020. My inclusions were mailed out at the end of October and were confirmed checked in on December 6th 2020. As of September 12th 2021 that was the 40 week mark for deadline of when both of my items should have been done and sent to me according to their terms and conditions . We are now at 76 weeks and it has been confirmed that orders placed after mine have been completed (some poorly) On July 13 2021 I checked in to see if there was any progression of my order to which I was told shortly after that the person I was in contact with stepped down and to reach out to someone else .August 17 2021 I finally reached out to another admin who told me my items were being casted and I would get sneak peeks that week .August 28th hurricane ida began to roll through and we were asked to exercise patience and understanding and to keep those involved in prayer. To which I did. Stepped back and didn’t reach out again until October 25th 2021 where I was told people stepped down etc and I needed to find an admin who was available. November 9th 2021 I got a reply stating workers were back in the studio and should be resuming the normal casting schedule soon . Then I kindly send more messages as the group had been advised that once again people had stepped down and to proceed with caution as many were volunteers. To which I have always been respectful and understanding and have given more then enough time in between to figure out what’s going on with my orders. January 18th 2022 I reached out to one of the volunteers and then to the business page and had empty promises that I would have answer but was met with my public concerns being deleted . This business has thousands of orders that are incomplete and people at this point just wanting their priceless inclusions and money back . This lady is a scam artist and should be held accountable
