      Purchased 3 children’s clothing items from this shop on January 5, 2024 and paid through PayPal on January 5, 2024. After seeing multiple comments on her business page about the business owner not fulfilling orders, not responding to customers, and customers not receiving refunds, I decided to contact the business owner, ******** ******* on February 28th after she was already 4+ weeks late on turn around time for the items. It took a week to get a response from her. She then said she would provide a refund through PayPal. That refund never showed so she said she would do it through Venmo instead. I gave it 4 days to see if an email would come through and it didn’t so I sent her my Venmo username. She said she would be sending it but still nothing. It has since been days and I cannot get a response through Facebook messenger or her business email. I am looking to get my refund and be done with this shop. Thank you for your time.

      The situation that halted shipping was explained to the customer. There were issues with PayPal when refunding. I asked the customer to please send her Venmo as I was willing to send the refund however needed to ensure it got to her. I did not receive the email with her Venmo, therefore I tried PayPal once more and was successful with refunding the customer. The customer has been refunded in full.
