Ordered a microchipping kit for my dog that I registered. It was shipped on Sept 29th and I still do not have the product. They have been telling me numerous times that the package has insurance on it, but when you run the tracking number it tells you that it isn't eligible for a claim because insurance was not purchased. All they keep telling me is that i would have to repay for the kit. As a customer I should not have to pay for something that was lost in the mail. I believe they should be the ones helping me contact USPS to find a solution other than me having to be out money for a lost package.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/29) */ Continental Kennel Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, due to incorrect information we provided to Mr. Crabtree regarding the option to recoup funds by filing a claim with USPS, we will issue a new microchip, at no charge, to Mr. Crabtree. In addition to the new microchip, CKC will issue a new certificate and pedigree reflecting the correct microchip number. To avoid shipping delays, we will send the new registration documents and microchip via USPS Priority Mail. The package will mail out Tuesday, November 30, 2021, and should arrive within 3-4 business days. CKC will provide the tracking number via email, directly to the customer, once it has been assigned.
