The last transaction I had with them was 12/29/21. I paid them a total of $696.84 and told me that the labor was $600 I said was a lot for $42 part, too much! That's when they committed to fix the same problem, if it happened again. At that time she didn't give me how long warranty was. Well it broke down again with the same problem. I know things can happen to parts some times and that's what I told her, believe her name was ******* not for sure. I tried to get them to come out here and nobody ever came but the lady had said that she would pay for someone to come out on her cost. I thanked her. That Monday I called back and she didn't know what was going on. She said one of the guys refused to come out here at midnight and didn't ask them to but they are on call 24/7/7days a week. The first time I called that company was Dec 17 around 930 and didn't get out here to 1130 pm. I asked them how much would it be for er call. He told me and my daughter no more than XXX-XXX. That Monday I called twice about warranty hung up on me twice She said they started the warranty the day they ordered part, who does that? So she told me to wait another day for them to have a mtg about it and see if they were going to pay for another part and do the labor. Called the next day, spoke with owner & said he wasn't going to fix it. It was about 3-4 yrs old with no explanation! I even lost $85 by buying through eBay and they sent the wrong part. They never responded after that to help me and I got another contractor to look at it. So I really want all my money back and wished they hadn't been so rude about the whole thing. It was a total of $696.84 and $600 labor cost. Order #3976 on Dec 29,2021.I think this is invoice #XXXXX Transaction no for Visa was #6RHXXXXXHJXXXXXXX AUTHORIZATION# XXXXXX and I would like to get my refund for everything including eBay's mess up. I hope this works and thank you for help., ****** *****

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/08) */ Contact Name and Title: ******* *****, *** Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ************@outlook.com We feel we have provided sufficient service to the customer. We are not a residential appliance repair company. We service commercial refrigeration equipment and informed customer that we would do the best we could. We agreed to repair refrigerator freezer since it was holiday season. The original call came in a 11:00 pm on 12/18/21. The motor customer purchased was incorrect. Thus, the correct motor we ordered was more expensive. She will need to contact EBAY for refund on the motor she purchased. We installed correct motor on 12/28/22. On 12/30/21, customer called back to say it wasn't freezing. Technician returned that afternoon at no charge and it was functioning properly. He lowered thermostat temperature at her request. He did notice the freezer full of food causing air flow issues and advised customer to remove boxes from in front of fan. The unit worked for 3 weeks, and customer called us back 01/21/21 stating food was thawing. Out of kindness and trying to satisfy her, we hired another appliance repair company to help her out. That company stated that he would not work for the customer due to customer expecting him to come to residence at 10 pm. Customer called again on 01/31/21 and stated someone else looked at the refrigerator freezer but we needed to come because they said it was the fan motor. After lengthy discussion, it was decided that any warranty for labor and/or parts voided due to another company working on the unit. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/24) */ The last time I called them about 2 and a half weeks after the first time and a guy was suppose to come out he called me and called him back said he was coming. In the mean time she thought he had come out that night but he did not so that Monday I called and she started telling me about so called warranty and it was only good for the 30 days and she said it started the day they ordered the part. I also found out later that what kind of co it was. They said it would be under warranty for the same thing and it was the same thing and they didn't. After the last guy said he wasn't coming out and never figured that one out that it was too late for him to come but no he wasn't coming at all. The girl hung up on me twice very rude that last day and yes I think 600 for labor is way too much. After they were rude I got someone else to look at it.
