In January, I noticed some discrepancies with my bank account. There had been withdrawals on January 3rd, January 17th, and January 19th that had not been initiated by me. I also noticed that despite making several deposits into the account, my balance would steadly decrease as opposed to increasing. I went into the credit untion to speak to someone about my issue on April 5th, and was told by the teller that they only kept 30 days worth of video footage on site but the home office kept copies of all footage. They stated they would make a note of it, took my name and number, and said that someone would be in touch with me with their findings. Another month went by with no word from the credit union so I went in again myself on May 6th to inquire if something had been found. It was at this point that I was told to take a seat so that I could speak with Dawn after she finished with another customer. While waiting, two other women came in and stated that their funds had also been withdrawn as well. I spoke with xxxx and she stated that no notes had been made on my account and that nobody had looked into my issue but that she would do so herself. I again left my contact information and left. A few hours later, she (xxxx) called and stated that they only keep camera footage for 30 days and that "It looked like I withdrew the funds myself. Is there anything else I can help you with?" From what I can tell, there's multiple people all experiencing the same issue with having their funds stolen from their accounts and no one at the location wants to actually investigate what's going on. I would like to have my money back.

      Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/24) */ I spoke with the employees involved. Ms ****** actually spoke with a different employee ********* than she named. ******* informed Ms ****** her supervisor ***** not ***** would investigate and they would contact her. ******* and *** wanted to find out who it was because it had to be someone she knew, if not herself, because her ATM card was used by someone that knew the pin number. *** was able to view the ATM footage and see it was Ms ****** in a white Chevrolet Trailblazer registered to ***** J ******. ******* contacted Ms ****** and let her know this. Ms ****** is more than welcome to come view the video. This matter was investigated and Ms ****** was contacted with the findings. We are very sorry Ms ****** feels she wasn't properly taken care of. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The lies that are being told to cover this business's hindside is astonishing. No one, not once called me and told me they'd reviewed any footage in over TWO MONTHS and when I finally did get some sort of response from them, I had to initiate that as well and got told basically that I was lying and withdrew the funds myself in addition to the footage only going back 30 days. So who is this *** person that all of a sudden viewed the footage after all this time and a BBB complaint? Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/05/31) */ As I stated before, We are so very sorry if Ms. ****** feels she wasn't properly taken care of. The bottom line is no one stole any funds from Ms. ******. All I can do is offer my sincerest apology that Ms. ****** feels she wasn't taken care of properly and in a timely manner. I truly hope she accepts my apology and gives us another chance to offer her the great member service we are known for.
