I received a bill from entergy in the amount of 586.00. My bill is usually between 100-200. Their saying it's because of late penalties, but I always pay on time. This is outrageous!Review from Maris R

If I could give negative stars that's what I'd do. Passing off infrastructure repair costs to the customer who already can't afford these ridiculous bills is as reprehensible as it gets. Disgusting! If I have tenants who leases a home that I own, and a hurricane causes a tree to fall on the roof, would I force them to pay for the roof repairs?? No, because it's illegal!!Review from Virgil R

Entergy louisiana is a monopoly who is currently over charging people for the use of electricity and also passing the companies expense down to its customers such as fuel charge which is what it costs the company to provide you with electricity, storm restoration fees for what was damaged by hurricane ida. We should not be held accountable for the companies expenses!!! People electricity bills have tripled in a months time!!Review from SLJ

No starts if I could. I been having an issue with Entergy for the past couple of months. No one knows the same information. One representative/supervisor is telling me one thing and the other telling me something different. When I follow one's instructions I call the next after being instructed to do something and they telling me something different. This last time caused me and my family to be out electricity in the cold, and the supervisor stated it is our fault but there is nothing they can do about it.Review from Crystal

Loose his job! STEP DOWN SIR! Your a Complete clown show; since hurricane ida! it's ridiculous we have no alternative opinion in this area (Ponchatoula Louisiana) because we would choose your competitors every time! Then you would get fired by the board! Almost 4 months since the storm and your still not reliable; but we all pay more anyway and you provide less! ********* I will never sit down/shut up- I'll keep telling this story until something changes! 👋ðŸ¼Not going away
