Bought a new home in Dec. 2021 with a one year warranty. In January 2022 reported to company the water pressure was low threw out the house . They said they would contact the builders of the home. In March 2022 contacted them about the Master bedroom and master bathroom is not cooling like the rest of the house. They told me they would contact the builder of the home. Their was other minor problems that they did fix. But these two has been going on since January. The warranty will be out on Dec. 15. Please help not happy since I cant even take a decent shower or sleep in the master bedroom ThanksBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/16) */ I have spoken to Mr. ********** on several occasions in regards to the issues with the home he purchased from Liberty Manufactured Homes, LLC. On each occasion I assured him that I would reach out to the factory. I have sent them the service request each time and have not heard anything back. As I have explained to the Home owner this is not the experience we want him to have with us but it is a factory warranty issue he is having in regards to his home not cooling properly. The water pressure issue he is having he would need to contact his water supply company. We are willing to help him as much as we can in regards to correspondence with these issues to the factory. My latest email dated 9/2/22 stated that they will be getting with a supervisor on that issue with the AC problems. I also sent Mr. ********** a copy of that email correspondence. I will reach out to the factory again today to follow up. Mrs. ****** did reach out to the factory and they sent a person out to look at the problem he said he will come back with material to fix it.
