      Ordered 2 10' kayaks online from payapark in lousianna, items supposedly delivered to a parcel locker in victor idaho( i live in pennsylvania), the contact phone number was a recording saying the buisness had closed 8 months prior, contacted my credit card company and the order number , invoice showed a purchase of 25 foil pans with lids and candles in the exact amount of the kayaks and on the same day, fake tracking showed deli very to a postal locker again. And the contact address was now colorado, address turned out to be a residential home that was un occupied and for sale

      I ordered a 12’ skeleton for yard decor. I received confirmation of order, payment received as well as confirmation of shipping via email. After tracking the package it said it was delivered to an entirely different state. I tried emailing them as well as clicking any link they provided as well as going to the original site and it was non existent.

      On 07/31/23 I ordered off of peyarpark and I received a email saying that my order was on its way when I call usps I was told that my order was being shipped to st.louis so I tried to call the number and it says it's no longer in service pluses when I look at my bank statement I seen where there was a transaction for kitchenaion for 116.59 and that was not where I ordered off of

      2/10/23 Payment: $63.22 I was promised upon payment to have an Electric Bike that was on sale delivered to my home, only to find out that I ordered it from a phishing website that was disguised as a online store. The phone number and the given address are completely fake and I was given a false completed delivery notice for the said item that I did not ever receive.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I will fully accept the offer of a full refund of $63.22, guaranteed that it must and will be honored on their part.

      I placed an order with Peyarpark on 23 Jan 2023 (order number 18309). .On 27 Jan I received notification that the item was delivered which as not correct. I first attempted to contact them at the number on their website (252) 904-0257). This is not an operating number. Next I sent emails to their address that was provided once I placed the order([email protected]) and still have not received a response as of 5 Feb 2023. I think this is a scam site and the took me for $66.89. Would like to know any actions to take in order to get money refunded and also warn others of this scam. Pleas let me know what to do, thanx.
