This company came to our house last year to fix a faucet outside. They said they were here 4 hours but were only here 2 and charged $400. They left and the pipe They fixed broke again less than a week later. I had to cap off line myself to stop leak so we don't even have faucet They suppose to have fized. I paid them $200 half the $400 at day of service and was going to pay other half the next month which they over billed us by 2 hours anyway but when line broke and water leaked everywhere and I had to fix myself and now don't even have outside water faucet I wasn't paying anymore and actually feel like I should be refunded for what I paid them. They sent a letter today talking about calling a lawyer on me. Well bring I have plenty of witnesses that they didn't fix it and now that they brought it up I feel they owe me the 200 I paid back.
