We have had problems shortly after 4Grace Llc started remolding our home. He started off with a guy helping and made progress in our front bathroom and had it almost finished before moving to our master bath. The grout on the wall for the bath/shower has some holes and gaps between the tiles. The grout is not sealed and the air vent and bathroom vent were never installed back before moving on. During the master bath remodel and floor install he started not showing up here and there with no notice We had to pause the master bath and redo our sun room to make bedrooms while my wife was pregnant with our third. He would show up to do a couple hours worth of work and leave and we wouldn't know if he was coming back the next day or not. There were even weeks to a month at a time he would not show up. We would call and ask if he was coming and he would always say yes and would show up sometimes. When he would show up after these periods he always had some excuse but would never communicate with us that he was not going to be there. We now have a 4 months old and the rooms are still not done and the air conditioner was routed wrong and vents were installed wrong. The roll on roofing on these rooms was not installed properly and can be rolled back by hand or wind. We've had water leaks in the room that he said he's fixed. He has also ran wires for the rooms around the studs instead of through them and even has the 2 rooms running off of a single wall plug instead or the breaker box. He has also left some exposed wires in our attic. He has even installed broken board where there should be solid boards. All have had pictures taken of to document. We had to let him go after all of these things and he still has some of our products we've paid for. We have tried numerous times to contact him after letting him go to get our property and there's no answers or no replies to text.
