Took my 1991 New Yorker to them around July of 2023, because didn’t start, the fuel gauge won’t work and had a leak on AC compressor. They replace fuel pump and fill the AC with Freon did not replaced the fuel gauge sensor ( funded that out after first fuel up) and didn’t check the AC system ( find that out because they told me; only fill it up). One week after I got it back and only used once, it won’t start again. After calling them, the mechanic said that the fuel tank needed to be replace because he found some residue that might plugged the fuel pump but didn’t told me about; but will replace it free of charge if I buy the fuel tank and the fuel gauge sensor so he can fix it at the same time. Around October, I got him the parts, paid a wrecker and take the car to the shop and by now no news about when really will be fix. Around January got a call from them that the car had been hit by a vehicle been unloaded from a wrecker ( Plunk’s wrecker service). Got them on video; “ this is another story and the wrecker company doesn’t want to take responsibility”. Has been more than 7 months after taking the car for second time. There as been times that the phone is not answered, leave messages and no call back and every time spoken to them is excuse after excuse. Pretty sure the AC leak still there because it was not checked, only filled up with Freon.Initial Complaint

At the beginning of January 2023 I took my vehicle for repairs and received it back in worse condition than the original job!! I'm in a wheelchair he insulted me in front of customers and his staff and his staff Was very rude!! I wasn't able to get a refund for the damage done I'm on disability and was out of pocket for damage he done! I wasn't able to work I do Uber and lost 3 weeks of wages!! They never would answer the phone and lied about the damage to my vehicle!!!!! He left screws out of my steering wheel and broke the steering angle sensor!!!!
