1. Furniture (King size bed frame, king size mattress, dresser) was purchased on 4/4/24 with promise that furniture would be delivered to home within 2-3 weeks.   On 5/1/24 merchant stated furniture would be delivered to his store on 5/9/24. Consumer made contact with merchant on 5/10/24 to inquire if furniture was at store. Merchant said yes and scheduled delivery for 6:00P that evening. Merchant also stated he would be delivering furniture all weekend and could reschedule if needed. At 7:16P on 5/10/24 furniture was still not delivered. Consumer made contact with merchant who stated "I am having to help them load to make sure it get done and can be at your house by 8:00p". When consumer questioned merchant if her furniture was already loaded merchant response was "No". Consumer requested to reschedule for Sunday 5/12/24 at 12:00P in which merchant agreed. At 11:50A on 5/12/24 merchant contacted consumer to see if delivery was still going to happened as the weather called for rain a few hours later. Merchant states he was in a town 45 minutes from consumer's residence and had called the delivery off. Consumer has requested on multiple times a refund due to services not being provided that was paid for and/or delivery not happening has promised as well as wait time being extended well past the 2-3 week time frame. Merchant again rescheduled delivery for Tuesday 5/14/24 at 5:30P in which consumer agreed to, however after consumer discovered that a police report was filed merchant cancelled delivery and is now demanding said furniture be picked up which is not what was agreed to. Consumer request a complete refund due to services not being provided, failure to deliver purchased items, harassment by merchant, unethical business practices, time frame unacceptable, refusal to honor paid services by delivery of furniture.
