I wish I could give a negative count of stars. Dropped bike off because it was going into limp mode. Couple 3 weeks later picked it up didn't make it 2 miles to the house went into limp mode again. Brought it back to them the service mechanic tells me that the guy that worked on it didn't fix nothing they knew the throttle servo was bad the owner even said it was changed $1200.00 bill but all the mechanic did was pull it apart and clean it hooked up a scanner and cleared codes. Now 6 months later the bike hasn't moved and the owner is trying to say we gave to pay more money for the parts we were already charged for and to Top it all off he's saying he never received no $1200.00 payment

There was some confusion as to what was done and what was paid. The Mechanic that worked on this bike was scamming the shop and the customers. He was fired. When time allowed me the primary mechanic to get to the bike I did a very thorough examination of the bike and identified the issue and solved it. Afterward I spent over 2 hours riding the bike to make sure the problem did not return. I just work for the shop but spent over 4 hours working on the bike and 6 hours at home working on a electrical component of the bike. I was not Paid for this work. But being the primary mechanic and not wanting the shop to get a bad reputation which would give me personally a bad reputation I willingly did the repair. The boss was not willing to pay me for the work because he had already paid the mechanic that originally worked on the bike. Greedy. But that is not for here and now. The bike is now running and back in the customers possession. I even went as far as to make some simple modifications to the bike in a few area's to stop several known defects to the bike so the bike wont break down in the future from issues I have seen. So that extra touch to make the bike even less likely to become a problem in the future. I take a lot of Pride in my work at this shop and really hate to see customers unhappy. I treat every bike like its my bike. If I don't feel its safe to ride then its not done. A customer getting hurt on a bike that was at our shop because of something that was not done right or not fixed because that is not what it was brought in for, is not in my playbook. Motorcyclists put their lives at more risk than a car or truck owner. We don't have a shell around us to protect us. so even a minor wreck is life-threatening to us. So making sure its done right and with pride means a lot to me. I strive to make sure your bike runs smoothly and the way it should.
