  I brought my car in on Nov 1 last year to get painted when I pick up the car I can see it want painted correctly in had over spray left residue on the car white speaks and sum unpainted spots in left the car two times still no change the car is now pealing not even a year old I need help getting the car repainted r a refund please.

  We would be happy to do whatever is needed to fulfil the customers complaints.  It was brought back, and customer point out flaws, in which those were corrected, and she then had her "friend" tell her about other issues which actually was never agreed upon but, TK did resolve and fix the issue they mentioned, they were resolved. The customer did a throughout walk around and confirmed that it was to their satisfaction.   The documentation shown was a receipt for the deposit put down with a balance of $2500.  Does she have the copy of her invoice where the full balance was paid?  And for $8000?   There are a lot of things stated that is not true and also if she would like to pursue the complaint, we can provide more details of her insurance claims and previous damages which were never repaired.

  The customer never came back to our shop to show any "peeling", assuming the customer complained of the car is "pealing." I am not sure what " white speaks" are to know what the issue is there.  Also, I, in fact can confirm and vouch there was no over spray on vehicle because a bull wet sanding, buffing, and polish was done to the car.  The customer also mentioned she worked in the chemical plants where overspray is a very common issue, so therefore, we cannot assume responsibility without the car never coming back for "overspray issues".  Also, the customer was initially quoted over $11,000 for the job and she is more than welcome to provide the details and agreement on her vehicle getting refinished.  If she would like to come by the shop, we would be more than happy to look at her car and if there are any issues from our workmanship or our doing, we will be more than happy to resolve them.

  There is and was over spray on the car it wasnt properly painted when I call i can't get an answer. I need the job to be corrected and yea they have white speaks on the hood and over the car period. Over spray is paint running on the car that was sealed and dried up I have the top of the car that wasnt even painted. Now it first you said you the receipts wasnt for Twisted Kustom and they are. But eother the car can be fix r I can go thru court I have many pictures and every1 says this isnt a 8000 paint job and as far as the insurance they totaled the vechiel out leaving me to play 4500 to get the car painted by twisted who I choosed BC of work I had seen but the work I seen wasnt what
  iI received this car had tape on it when I pick it up needed to be wash white residue all over the car I didn't take it is left the car twice now I have white speaks peeling on the hood. Only after 10mths. I also was told the car was painted before and thats why its look like it did and it was older car. But yet this paint shop paint old cars all the time. And the previous damage was hail damage. And I still paid for a service that wasnt done. But one way or another it will be corrected. 
  I am rejecting this response because:I need a time or day to get my car corrected and plenty of ppl I know have went thru there insurance and theys cars look really nice my car was messed over and threw paint on it period. Just left like it was nothing and now I having to deal with the white peaks all over due to peeling on certain spots.After paying 8,000 00 Whne I cpuldve went somewhere else and got a cheaper price and better quality. And ppl who answer the phone
