On 9/19/2023 I purchased a 2019 ford fusion titanium from this business. Paid 9,000 dollars down payment, financed around 11,000. Included was a 3,000 dollar bumper to bumper warranty. Since purchasing this vehicle it has had multiple problems. Shaking and looseness in the front end, loud humming and vibration, fluid leaking, low fluid levels, etc. This dealership refuses to acknowledge my complaints and fix the issues I presented to them despite the vehicle being under warranty. They have flat out lied to me about checking fluid levels that I know they did not check because when I asked the service tech about it he stated to me that “he didn’t know anything about it and was not told to check said fluids.” I want my money back or my vehicle properly cared for and fixed asap.Business response

Mr. ******** was here this morning with the Fusion in the service dept. I spoke with Mr. ********. At this point we had already repaired the brakes and ordered new tires for the car. I told him the tires were scheduled to be in tomorrow, and we would replace those. He was concerned that the transmission fluid was not checked, I spoke with my service manager and he had checked the fluid himself and found it to be full of fluid. We did all of this service after the sale and at our expense. We have not ignored his complaints and have addressed each of his concerns.
