Business Franchise than you could even imagine, ***** ****** the so called owner and ***** ******* the operations manager are described as follows: Bullies and highly disrespectful to women in general. They collect a Management Fee from you Monthly, but fail to act as an Agent for the Property Owner/Landlord. They collect the fee from the property owner and treat property destroyers like Royality. I am very dismayed, confused and bewildered that as a widow and senior citizen the manner in which I was treated and the tenant destruction of the interior of our Historic Home. Something is definitely off-beat and seriously wrong with their business day-to-day operations. On August 8, 2024, I was having a phne conversation with ***** ******* which was amicable I thought. He showed me just what he thought and promptly Hung up the elephone in my face while talking. There is Zero Customer Service skills shown. They Refuse to take your calls, and then make sure they Rudely Hang up onI presume since I was not a valued customer in any way. This sham of a business offers no quality service as an Agent for a Property Owner./Landlord.My "gut instinct" from what I have experienced is that ***** ****** is cunning intially and operates like a Con-Man with many years of experience. The ***** guy is his under-study or student in Con-Man type activities and Rudeness.. I Pray that the Attorney General's Office, or Federal Investigators closely examine this unscruplus business, and their unscruplus business practices, with a pretty fancy building in Zachary as part of the Con-Game. Of course everyone is innocent until proven guilty by a Court of Law.
