      Good Morning I Finance a car through *** in April 13 I didnt get the car till 25 the car is leaking oil my driveway have oil everywhere. I told **** that he said he would fix it he didnt I went to aamco to get it fixed they change transmission ********* pan . Car still leaking oil so they did a diagnostic an the engine of the car have silicone on it the oil is leaking from the engine.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. **** text me to call him I did again he didnt answer I texted him he didnt respond.

      I bought a car less than 3 weeks ago from a dealership they told me I have ************************************************************************** to pay for it cause I drove my car **** miles!!! I been trying to get in touch with the boss for 3 weeks and everytime he screams at me and is not helping me get my car fixed at all I got a loan for ***** dollars for a car that has had issue after issue after issue

      We have to been helping him with the car. We fixed the radiator and the windshield as well as a oil change and windshield wipers. Technically we do have to fix anything on the car because its not eligible for the lemon law warranty. We fixed it out of the kindness of our hearts. Then the customer started to have transmission problem and we said that we can buy him a new transmission and he can pay to have it put in. Ultimately he took it to ************ and he gave him a estimate of $1100 to fix the problem. The owner said said he'll give him $500 and he can come up with the rest. The customer wanted to be put in a new car which we did try but no car he liked. We have been helping even though we don't have to.

      You guys have helped... After me having to go there every single day for 3 weeks.. The owner told me he shouldn't even help me because I drove the car a extra 700 miles after the warranty.. I got the car 2 weeks after I signed paperwork, my contract, and put down $1000.00 dollars cash... The first day I got the car the radiator went he fixed it not before getting upset with me over the car having an issue..? A few weeks later the transmission had an issue **** (The owner) blocked my phone calls and my number when I was trying to figure out what's wrong with my car they offered me the same car with 240K on it knowing mine has way less also offered a voltswagon that was Manual and I don't know how to drive it well.. I told them instead 9f them making me wait another month for an answer and instead of giving me another car pay the **** and fix it... He proceeded to tell me to pay 700 dollars to fix a car that I have had less than 30 days..... All I want is my car to be fixed and not have to keep dealing with issues.... I shouldn't have to come out of pocket 700 dollars along with the car needing rear brakes and rotors  and a new exhaust for a car I didn't even uage a full month yet... If you look at the reviews for this company they've done this multiple times to there customers and left them  stuck with a broken car

      We are not obligated to do any thing with this car it is not covered by the lemon law any way. We have been helping out the kindness of our hearts. We have not made any profit from your deal and were losing money helping you but we still decided to. The screenshot you have provided are in the same category It is not covered by the lemon law but still we helped those people. Our offer still stands if you want to take it but that's only for the transmission. Your brakes and exhaust will have to be fixed by you.
